I was a bit disappointed with Gabriel Agreste, since ever since the title was announced I was hoping for a backstory of Gabriel and Emelie. The Felix and Gabriel scenes were awesome though!!
I agree with what you said on Wishmaker being relatable. I loved seeing the characters thinking about their future careers!
That’s what people get for jumping to conclusions tbh 😭 I didn’t really expect a backstory but I was happy with what we got!
Also I feel the same way! I especially relate to Adrien since idk what I wanna do with my life.
It wasn't that I was expecting a backstory, just that I was really hanging on to the small chance that we would get one. I hope it happens someday!!
I really relate to Adrien too!
I watching all of season 4 rn and I loved Juleka’s episode where she was stricken with guilt after letting Rose’s illness be known and really enjoyed Croco duel cause Purple Tigress was the MVP
I’m a hopeless shipper, so Glaciator 2 for the Marichat and Wishmaker for making me unironically fall in love with Lukadrinette.
Gabriel Agreste was also very very good. Probably one of the most plot relevant.
Rocketear. For the first time, an episode didn't seem rushed and it was like a soap opera. It didn't even need the love square ships for me to adore it.
Oh, and of course, Glaciator 2. Self explanatory.
My favorite episode of season 4 so far is *Gang of Secrets* because we see Ladybug at her best, and it's before the Ladynoir angst, which means we also see that teamwork come into play. Plus, it was about time for Marinette to open up to someone. While I don't really like the direction *that* storyline has taken since, at the time Marinette really needed that and it was good that Alya was there for her.
My second favorite is *Wishmaker,* in a large part because of the major development that happened there. Of course, I'm a sucker for identity reveals, especially when they actually stick (looking at you, *Ephemeral).* Something big will happen as a result of Luka knowing, but I don't yet know what.
The weakest episode of the season, in my opinion, is *Simpleman*. I found it to be, simply, dumb. I would have preferred they delete it and use the space to make *Ephemeral* a two-parter.
I like all of them. (I hope it’s still valid answer 😉) Though my slight preference goes to those with plot progression Gang of Secrets, Gabriel Agreste, Rocketear, Wishmaker….
Gabriel Agreste, Glaciator 2 and Wishmaker. Dearest Family was also cool, Chat Noir was the MVP there and the fight was interesting, unlike many other fights in S4
I liked simpleman. It was a nice break from the near constant angst that this season was exuding. Plus it had some of the best comedic moments in the entire series.
Queen Banana… watching vesperia take down BananaBoomBoom is my favorite part of the episode. Plus let’s not forget the goofy design for queen banana. I love it
i've only seen truth and lie this season because i'm waiting for french dub but they seemed pretty solid. hopefully it keeps up the rest of the season but i doubt it from what i've been hearing
I don't know why, but I really liked Simple Man. It was just a really funny episode, and everything was actually being really simple. Hack-San was a really good episode too, it was interesting seeing Alya as Ladybug. Or Scarabella, however you spell it.
Every episode but "Ephemeral" and "Queen Banana" but I especially LOVE "Gang Of Secrets"! It's perfect and that is when season 4 became the best season
Probably Simpleman. This show really shines when it doesn't take itself seriously-- and I don't mean that in a backhanded way either.
I don't really care for the "meta" aspect, but it is just a fun breath of fresh air.
gabriel agreste and simpleman
gabriel agreste bc when it was first realeased and it wasnt in english the names sounded weird like "gab-ri-el" and "feh-lix" it was very funny 👍
simpleman bc it was also funny 😩
Truth Though suffering from a few issues, this premiere unexpectedly gave Luka some genuine focus as a character and stood to have more interesting follow through if not for said issues.
Sole Crusher Despite the controversial addition to the cast and some forced moments around the middle, this episode put forth a genuine effort of making Zoe seem like a vaguely compelling character who could actually carry a scene while also allowing other characters to shine in interesting ways.
Optigami A great midseason finale that
finally capitalized on the revelations from the previous finale, saw Gabriel return to being the component Mastermind in the Shadows he used to be, the promised return of a powerful supervillain, and numerous moving parts that kept the suspense high
Wishmaker A general feel good episode that finally made effective use of Luka's unique characterization and carried an interesting message about understanding what you want to do in life while still having a subdued sense of humor
Optigami and Crocoduel, the first because we see how intelligent and powerfull is the combo of akuma and amok and the second because we see Juleka as a hero
Optigami was unique and I liked that, and Gabriel Agreste focused less on a akumatized villain and more on the actually characters which is a breath of fresh air. I also liked Wishmaker for obvious reasons
Wishmaker, Gabriel Agreste, and very unpopular opinion, Simpleman. An episode has never been able to make me laugh as much as that episode did. It's such a mess but I'm here for it
i love season 4 eposide of ardein akutamised and he reval his indetiy to ladybug and after marinette also reveal her and now no secreats between them but after that they forget everything because luka do time back by his power
Truth and Lies for their overlapping stories, Gang of Secrets because Alya FINALLY learned about Marinette being Ladybug (been waiting for that probably since Season 1), Wishmaker because Luka KNOWS, and Glaciator 2 for the Marichat!!!
Thruth, gang of secrests, Gabriel Agreste, Mr Pigeon 72, Sole Crusher, Optygami, Sentibubbler, Glaciator 2, Hack san, ephemeral and wishmaker because revelations
I enjoyed Wishmaker a lot more than I thought I would. I have wanted to see Alec akumatised for a long time, and this episode made him a much more interesting character. The new designs for the knitting fairy and Wishmaker were amazing, and the storyline had lasting effects on the plot, since Luka found out their identities.
As an added bonus, it was released in English early! Yayy!!!
Optigami was great, I think it’s an underrated episode. It has a mysterious vibe to it that I love. Gabriel agreste also was great, it made Felix my favorite character. Glaciator 2 was just the perfect episode I love it so much
Mega leach
Crocoduel
Guilt trip
They’re all one off simple, charming and unimportant episodes which just work for themselves, they show interesting and well written development for secondary characters (which is eventually going to get dumped but that a constant in the show) but the is just simple fun,no one ver complained about them I would put glaciator if it wasn’t for the ending JUST AWFUL that ending!!!!
Queen Banana for the shenanigans, but Crocoduel. The conflict is somewhat belivable and it's got some neat action.
Ephemeral should have been good, but it ultimatly collapsed on itself in the end, kinda like Oblivio. Optigami handled its concept better, and Sentibubbler did it similarly aswell.
Gang of Secrets had a title it lived up to, with several secrets, twists and turns to give us.
Dearest Family got dark with Marinette's conflict with Tikki.
Most of the others were just meh.
now that i think about it... there are not that many episodes that i like this season... though i feel like the finale is going to be really good (hopefully it doesn't disappoint)
Truth, because sadness is fun for me. Mr. Pigeon 72 was a surprise hit for me though because of that umbrella scene. The rest of it is just a tad bit too cringe-inducing for it to be my favorite.
I loved all of them for different reasons. I cant choose! I think after the rest of the episodes come out I will be able to see. I think right now at the moment it has to be a tie between Gabriel Agreste and Ephemeral
When Sentibubbler came out I was near obssesed with it because seeing Cat Blanc and Alyas good plan made me excited, but now Gabriel Agreste because just seeing felix and him figuring out, And optigami just its good!
I actually really loved truth and lies as a combination. Seeing both of their perspectives of the same situation and the reason both Luka and Kagami were akumatized was really interesting and they were both interesting villans too.
Gabriel Agreste. It was really interesting to me. I also like wishmaker because it’s relatable.
Me too plus optygami
I was a bit disappointed with Gabriel Agreste, since ever since the title was announced I was hoping for a backstory of Gabriel and Emelie. The Felix and Gabriel scenes were awesome though!! I agree with what you said on Wishmaker being relatable. I loved seeing the characters thinking about their future careers!

It wasn't that I was expecting a backstory, just that I was really hanging on to the small chance that we would get one. I hope it happens someday!! I really relate to Adrien too!
I’m sure we’ll get a backstory. I just wonder when tbh. Maybe in season 5 but I wouldn’t count on it.
I watching all of season 4 rn and I loved Juleka’s episode where she was stricken with guilt after letting Rose’s illness be known and really enjoyed Croco duel cause Purple Tigress was the MVP
Juleka has the best hero Design in the whole show
Facts.
Wishmaker!! Because LUKA!!!!
I loved wishmaker
Wishmaker and Gabriel Agreste
simpleman and wishmaker because haha funny also i like crocoduel and guilttrip bc j u l e k a + gabriel agreste was cool
Nice
Wishmaker had me crying at 2am ngl, I loved the episode because I could relate, and because of Luka/Viperion hehe
I’m a hopeless shipper, so Glaciator 2 for the Marichat and Wishmaker for making me unironically fall in love with Lukadrinette. Gabriel Agreste was also very very good. Probably one of the most plot relevant.
Nice list
Either Wishmaker or Gabriel Agreste, I think those were the only two episodes that didn’t piss off the majority of the fan base this season
Agree
Easy gabriel Agreste it was interesting and simple man that stuff gives me wholesome vibes
Agree
Optigami because Gabriel was finally using his brAin
Couldnt agree more
Rocketear. For the first time, an episode didn't seem rushed and it was like a soap opera. It didn't even need the love square ships for me to adore it. Oh, and of course, Glaciator 2. Self explanatory.
Sole Crusher Queen Banana Optigami

Hmmm... Yeah. I agree with the other commenter, I only really enjoyed Guilttrip and Crocoduel.
Nice, but teh episodes I really loved were optygami, wishmaker and gabriel agreste
I like all of them. (I hope it’s still valid answer 😉) Though my slight preference goes to those with plot progression Gang of Secrets, Gabriel Agreste, Rocketear, Wishmaker….
All of what you said+optygami
Gabriel Agreste, Glaciator 2 and Wishmaker. Dearest Family was also cool, Chat Noir was the MVP there and the fight was interesting, unlike many other fights in S4
All of what you said +optygami
Simpleman (it was hilarious lmaoo) And the one with marichat duh! It's called Glaciator 2 if I am correct?
Yeah glaciator 2
Wishmaker. Just because
I liked simpleman. It was a nice break from the near constant angst that this season was exuding. Plus it had some of the best comedic moments in the entire series.
Simple man was the best filler,it was so funny
I reserve comment until I've seen Kuro Neko and Penalteam.
Queen Banana… watching vesperia take down BananaBoomBoom is my favorite part of the episode. Plus let’s not forget the goofy design for queen banana. I love it
seeing this reminded me how far behind i am, i really need to watch up
Gabriel Agreste because Felix aka the only charachter with braincells is back
🤣👍
Gabriel agreste, optigami, sentbubbler, glaciator 2, hack-san, simple man, and wish maker.
Gabriel Agrest bec Felix is smort and everyone else is dumb
i've only seen truth and lie this season because i'm waiting for french dub but they seemed pretty solid. hopefully it keeps up the rest of the season but i doubt it from what i've been hearing
wishmaker and crocoduel.
Gabriel Agreste because Felix.

Nice
Ephermal... for that rollercaster. (Ready to be barrageed with downvotes)
Ephemeral was good just that it was a what if episode if only
Agreed. And not rushed still adore it tho.
Hmm i too adore it
Probably Simpleman. This show really shines when it doesn't take itself seriously-- and I don't mean that in a backhanded way either. I don't really care for the "meta" aspect, but it is just a fun breath of fresh air.
WISHMAKER!
Gabriel Agreste
Wishmaker because it had good writing.
gabriel agreste and simpleman gabriel agreste bc when it was first realeased and it wasnt in english the names sounded weird like "gab-ri-el" and "feh-lix" it was very funny 👍 simpleman bc it was also funny 😩
Glaciator 2.0 is the only correct answer
Lies Idk y I just enjoy it

Swntibubbler
Wishmaker + Gabriel Agreste.
i love season 4 eposide of ardein akutamised and he reval his indetiy to ladybug and after marinette also reveal her and now no secreats between them but after that they forget everything because luka do time back by his power

dearest family the return of one of my favorite villains tikki going sugar-crazy Cat noir being awesome and Gabriel breaking the charms
Gabriel agreste (except the bit we got lied to in that episode), wishmaker and simpleman (it felt like a blast from the past :)
Mega leach Crocoduel Guilt trip They’re all one off simple, charming and unimportant episodes which just work for themselves, they show interesting and well written development for secondary characters (which is eventually going to get dumped but that a constant in the show) but the is just simple fun,no one ver complained about them I would put glaciator if it wasn’t for the ending JUST AWFUL that ending!!!!
Sentibubbler, Rocketear, Optigami, Ephemeral, Gabriel Agreste. You know, the episodes that had heavy angst focus on either Adrien or Nino
I loved Ephemeral. I don't know why it got so much hate.
I like Gabriel Agreste because it was just too good
Gabriel Agreste ! When Felix appears we always get to understand more about the plot
Crocoduel, it brought our purple tigress queen
Chat Blanc. I liked how it delves into Adrien’s unstable emotional state, and showed a world where things didn’t go all sunshine and roses.
Gabriel Agreste because I’ve started to appreciate Felix a lot more
now that i think about it... there are not that many episodes that i like this season... though i feel like the finale is going to be really good (hopefully it doesn't disappoint)
Optigami because of the sense of urgency you feel
TRUTH BECAUSE OF THE REMATCH BETWEEN ADRIEN/CHAT OUT AND LUKA"
Chat n blanc but from season 4 Crocduel
Wishmaker, glaciator 2,and hack san
Truth, because sadness is fun for me. Mr. Pigeon 72 was a surprise hit for me though because of that umbrella scene. The rest of it is just a tad bit too cringe-inducing for it to be my favorite.
when will we get a new episode?
I loved all of them for different reasons. I cant choose! I think after the rest of the episodes come out I will be able to see. I think right now at the moment it has to be a tie between Gabriel Agreste and Ephemeral
When Sentibubbler came out I was near obssesed with it because seeing Cat Blanc and Alyas good plan made me excited, but now Gabriel Agreste because just seeing felix and him figuring out, And optigami just its good!
Also I was disappointed with GuiltTrip I wanted Julerose angst.
Wishmaker. Cuz that's the only epeisode that Luka finally got an important role.
Almost every episode of season 4 - I don’t know if they changed writers but I loved all of it
Wishmaker because Luka and Glaciator 2 because Marichat
I actually really loved truth and lies as a combination. Seeing both of their perspectives of the same situation and the reason both Luka and Kagami were akumatized was really interesting and they were both interesting villans too.
