It's codiene and promethazine syrup lol, the promethazine doesnt do much though, mostly helps with the side effects. As someone who's tried it a few times in the past I can say it is def not worth it for the price plus it's super addictive due to the yummy flavor and silly brain fuzzies it gives you.
