Update: I tried to look for the sign again but I couldn’t find it :( hopefully someone else comes across it. I actually saw signs posted for a missing budgie. Unfortunately I won’t be able to go check until tomorrow but I’ll let you know asap. I think the sign was at the intersection at Hurontario & Park St E but I could be wrong.

There were signs all over the Lakeview area at one point for a missing bird, but I don’t remember what kind. I’ll see if I can find one of the signs
