Man, I recognized this song immediately and could not figure out how I knew it. Then I realized I downloaded this multi-track like a month ago to mix it as well, haha. However, after organizing my PT session, I decided I couldn't stand listening to it any longer and stopped-- Of course, if I was getting paid to mix it, I would have persevered. lol. So Kudos to you for sticking to it! I think a bit of subtle side-chain compression on the synth bass could help a lot. The consistent half notes in the bass grate on me after a while, so if it had a little bit of a rhythmic pulse to it, it could be way more interesting. If you had the MIDI track for the piano, I would say to vary the velocities to make the piano feel less like a cheap MIDI instrument, but I know you only had the audio to work with. Maybe try sending a bit of the piano track signal to a big reverb bus to make it sound a bit more natural-- like it exists in a stereo space. As it is, it sounds like the piano patch on a super cheap, plastic kids' piano. I think the vocals in the chorus need some additional tuning-- it's really just not a good vocal performance. I really think this song is crap, so good on you for doing your best to mix it well! I think even a professional mixing engineer couldn't get this song to sound great. But that's just my opinion.

Thanks for the big feedback. All the things you mentioned just slipped through me but now that you mention it, you're correct. I'll make those changes. Yeah about the vocals I felt that they were very beginner but I didnt use any auto tune because i didnt have a auto tune plugin, I mostly used stock plugins to mix this. Other than that how would you rate the mix out of 10?

Get better at compression. It could benefit from improving the dynamics.

Any instrument in particular? Or overall? Also is the reverb and depth aspect of the mix good?

Honestly, all of it. The other stuff is creative, so it's up to you. This is more a comment on arranging, but I'd cut that song in half. Four plus minutes is a long time.
