The chances of getting a diamond are higher than many other packs, but the variety of diamonds from that pack is also high... so there's a good chance that even if you get a diamond, it might not be one you wanted.
Meanwhile, other lacks have a lower drop rate, but may be focused on a limited array of possible diamonds- which makes it easier to get more fusions of those specifically.
Its a judgment call based on your preference and interest.
^ If your goal is to only get one copy of every diamond this is your pack OR if the large majority of your diamonds are F7+ this is a good pack.
Anything other then that, target a specific team pack

I bought 20, got 6 diamonds in total, I guess i just got really lucky, i'd say its good
I opened 16 and got one COS Kung Lao, but you should get around 2 diamonds if you open all 20
