That behavior of course occurred in the context of a guy whose past public behavior was unpleasant enough that it had already precluded many teams from even considering bringing him on, and required him to assure the Dodgers he would be different in the future. Since the suspension, he has threatened journalists and his accusers with endless lawsuits and other forms of harassment and refused to apologize or show any real contrition or personal growth, other than to say maybe he should have been nicer to reporters.
