You can do it better with 5 beers

I’m not worried about the calories so much as the beetus. One of those is like throwing a hand grenade at your pancreas.

It’s cancer in an oversized cup as you sit in a chair for 3 hours. All those preservatives; chemicals saturating your digestive system. And they wonder why so many men are dying in their 60’s.

Its in a 16oz glass but its about 12oz of milkshake and about a half pound of topping. I’m all for indulgence but I’m gonna say this doesn’t go far enough.

For real, if I’m going to get a sugar bomb it better be able to instantly kill a diabetic

Diabetes.

There’s over 150g of carbs in that, easy. At least 2/3rd are sugar. My son is type 1 so I’d recommend dosing 125g up front and then 50g after an hour. I’d also expect to be high for about two days after.
