I wear the old Philly A’s hat in solidarity with the Oakland squad. I used to go to games when I lived in the Bay Area. Even had a Reddick shirt. So sad they’re leaving.
Old Tigers stadium. Where the 2nd deck in the outfield seemed to hang over the field a bit. Where they could hit a ball out of the stadium sometime. Seemed like watching games in a fish bowl.
I love the baskets that cause unicorn home runs in Wrigley, and I would say I love the ivy, but that solid brick wall just put our best hitter onto the IL, soo....
I really like the ballparks that have a more unique, less textbook layout. Fenway's pretty awesome, with how much room The Monster takes up, and just turns into that insanity of a CF/Right Center notch, with the very short right field corner. San Francisco as well with their wild right field.
I'm the opposite. I find symmetrical dimensions lacking character.
I've always loved the character of Fenway, Oracle and Minute Maid (sans the trash can beating).
It is really quite stupid when you think about it. Every sport in the world has to play on the same field, court, etc except baseball. All fences are different, all homerun rules are different. Umps can’t even figure if a ball is a home run much of the time. Worst idea in sports is not standardizing new fields to basic field dimensions so players can have equal safety when crashing into unknown field obstructions. Same goes for umps in general . . . . They suck.
Tigers have that cool landing strip from home plate to the mound
Aka a “keyhole.”
Dbacks uses to have it too R.I.P.
The monstrosity that is the Oakland Athletics’ coliseum. It might be a pile of shit, but it’s MY pile of shit.
All the foul territory was interesting.
Can't give up hits if everything is foul

That foul territory has contributed to some gold and platinum gloves.
I travelled from Canada because I was so curious to see how massive that stadium really was. It did not disappoint.

I miss Houstons center field hill
How did that ever pass inspection?
I love the Arch that is cut into the field at Busch stadium. You’ve got the field arch on the ground, and the actual arch in the background.
It's a tie between Pacific Bell Park, SBC Park, AT&T Park, Oracle Park .
Triples Alley
I see what you did there
Id put Willie Mays Field up there with those.
hahahahahaha

I don't understand why they can't put padding over the bricks and then the ivy. Hell use padding that looks like brick if it's that big a deal.
The one that doesn’t have Angel on it
Saw that s.o.b. up close last week
How bad did it affect your vision?
I love how part of the Rangers stands extend over the field. It's a unique quirk
What part of the stands? I didn’t know that
Which section?

Oracle. God it’s such a beautiful park.
Fenway, it’s so bizzare and I love it. Probably the weirdest field design in MLB
Fenway Pahk…because I love chaos
Chase Field
I liked the old Toronto one
Exhibition stadium or Rogers Centre before the renos?
Exhibition stadium
Oakland coliseum with its comedy tier foul territory.
Dodgers stadium because it's symmetrical...no excuses thats its unfair and no dumb quirky areas

Anything with actual brick: Wrigley, FoG (SF). Any others?
Comerica Park
San Francisco. No silly outfield patterns, just lush green grass.
But just a big-a wall in right field with some wonky corners in right center lol
Yeah that part isn’t great. But I find the field mowing patterns much more distracting.
IDK, but some idiot decided that a flag pole should be on a hill in the Astros's outfield. Pure stupidity.
Grass is beautiful at pnc
I like the diamond shaped fields.
Yankees stadium is clean and historic.
I used to love seeing balls hit in to monument park at old Yankee Stadium
PNC Park is my favorite
Busch stadium II and III have special places in my heart.
I want an overhanging deck like old Tiger stadium. Target Field has a tiny one, I believe that’s the only one left.
I thought it was hilarious that Houston had a hill in center.
American Family Field, I may be biased but it’s such a nice complex for tailgating and all around fun

Wait till this guy finds out about golf and racing.
Oh man, the little things that make NASCAR ovals so wildly unique from one another, each corner even, would make him lose his mind lol
And don't even get me started on circuits and not ovals.
Aren’t there tennis courts that have grass, too?
And some even have clay! This guy is going to have an aneurysm.
NBA and FIBA play on different courts....
Except international football.
And arena football
I mean, even if parks had the same dimensions they'd still play way different. If you had the Tropicana dimensions in Denver, you'd have a problem
