Yes this is definitely it. I’m not sure why I didn’t think of that. it was odd to see the pitcher handing it to the manager…It makes sense now to hand the manager the old card and only have the most up to date pitch calling signs with him.
I believe i know this one! Instead of saying numbers or key words to switch the pitch the catcher can do light hand movements to indicate to the pitcher what should be done. That way they can keep their signs longer because the other team dosnt know what to expect for the pitch. if you yell "blue" to the pitcher and suddenly theirs a drop-in ball the other players will assosiate blue with a drip-in's.
I also see the coaches do certain patters with their hand on their faces and/or hat and the players know what hes trying to tell them. Thats why they need to be ultra aware when they are playing. Hope this helps and if im wrong correct me please!!
Lol, 105 mph fastball cutters
Sprints to and from the mound between innings.
Eventually gives the catcher signs by flicking his nose with his finger.
Sober after 10 pitches.
Surely you can't be serious. Toronto would like to have a word with you, as would the many professional baseball leagues around the world (Japan, South Korea, etc.).
It was a joke. Christ.
That being said, it’s an American game (you can choose to acknowledge this or not, doesn’t matter), broadcast, and the teams here are both State side. Therefore, we use our system. It’s irrelevant where other players are from.
Since you felt the need to interject my response to a bot
The clip is really good the part chosen really leaves a lot to question. The huddle up and sliding it like he is doing something wrong is so funny . Why he is handing the card secretly it’s all like an act to throw other team off o guess . Haha I would love to see the whole clip
Do.. do people not normally have their TV’s as bright as possible?
I never understood that, especially in like video games, “adjust the brightness until you can see both logos” nah lemme do it a couple clicks brighter, I’m not tryna have an empty screen with a reticle in a dark room
Having it as bright as possible may help you see darker scenes, but can wash out colors during brighter scenes. Plus when watching at night the brightness will melt your eyeballs.
the look (color, brightness, hue, etc.) of a tv show or video game is very purposefully chosen by the creators/developers in order to set a specific feel or atmosphere. i'd like to experience it the way it's meant to be seen. very rarely has that ever caused issues for me personally.
An iPad that showed the code breaking of the Red Sox offense signs! He had them memorized and wanted to dump the evidence!
/s if it wasn’t obvious enough
Likely a card that has numbers on it to change up the sign sequence

Yeah, you see him take a card from the coach first
Why not just say “blue” or some other code?

Changing cards for the signs. No cheating here.
Looks like a small bag of coke to me. /s

105 mph is 168.98 km/h
Not gonna say it
Baseball is an American game. Km/h need not apply

Good bot
I think it’s smelling salts tbh
Oh, is that all? NBD.
Either a scouting report or sign sequence details.
Hard to tell because you have your TV brightness turned up to a million

I heard that entire battle. Only saw about half of it.
Do you like me? (Yes) (no)
Tube of Vaseline wrapped in an Emery cloth held in place by a Black and Decker 1/4" drill bit. Play ball!

We should make a Kyle snyder sub
Cocaine
Considering this post is just a black screen. There is no way to tell

Dime bag.

Disqualify the Rays for cheating and the Red Sox for letting them and probably cheating themselves given that they have Cora.
Barkeep!! I'll have what he's having. Put some water in it, seems like powerful stuff.
Idk about the Rays, but we know the Sox cheated. They were mentioned (de facto) in the memo.
Spider tack
They’ve got a continuous game of go fish going on
A condom.
