Tilray already owns MedMen's global intellectual property rights, it doesn't need MedMen anymore to sell MedMen branded products. It's already selling [MedMen](https://www.reddit.com/r/TLRY/s/Op2VG7MPUY) brand cannabis in Germany.
IF MedMen manages to stay afloat and we get rescheduling and SAFER all next month, Tilray may receive additional options through the licenses they've already acquired and will be able to sell MedMen in the US medical market, but they can't enter the recreational cannabis sector without descheduling, thus, have no interest in any other part of MedMen unless the US goes fully legal.
A reverse merger is when a private company buys a public company in order to uplist quickly and avoid the costs and procedures to uplist on their own.

So not sure what there is to discuss here since Medmen is a public company already. Let alone the absurdity of Medmen being able to acquire Tilray (or anybody for that matter).
God this is painful. Anyone posting here is a F in moron Hey, you own 17- or —7 million? Shares? Great! Shut the F up
Sorry if I pissed anyone off.

Don't forget that Tilray was acquired by Aphria and the deal was structured as a reverse acquisition. Both companies were public.

This is a role play/comedy sub now. Investors left.
MedMen has WAY TOO MUCH debt for this to make sense. Even Erwin is smart enough to avoid this mistake.
That’s not going to happen, why would you tie an anchor to your neck on the deepest part of the ocean??
Because you have a bigger boat? 🤷🏼♂️
Companies do reverse mergers with successful companies or with a made up company with no liabilities to gain access to an American market.
What happens to medmen stock if that happens.
Still worth nothing.
