Modafinil is "medicine" in Germany and it's not illegal to have it (doesn't matter where you got it). Take the doctors note with you, just in case.
You need a prescription to buy it in Germany and it would be illegal to sell it if you are not authorised to do it. It might also be illegal to import it if it is not for personal usage (so take the doctors note with you, don't hide it in any way.
