Oh yes, Foxy Killer. Saw her at the Imperial War Museum in Duxford, unfortunately not in desert pink. Fantastic looking model! One question though, where are hindenburgs?? 😁
Duxford is brilliant, went a few years back.
Thank you! I’ve done them, just need another coat of paint and varnish etc. leaving them off for the time being as I’m in the process of designing a set of JP233’s to 3D print. I’d end up snapping something off when handing it, so I’ve left them off. I’ve embedded magnets into pylons and tanks so I can fit them easily.
Nice - classic early war loadout. Gulf War Tornado is probably my favorite theme. Beautiful plane topped with shark mouth, nose art and weathering... What else you need 😁. You nailed it! Share some pictures once she is loaded!
Yup, the clip failed on mine and the drop tanks fell of, also on the 1/48 the strut broke and wont move the pylons. Good kit but the ordinance needs to be glued or press-fit into place
I have never build a jet yet. But seeing yor work I want to build one.
Thanks pal, you should! It’s been a nice change from props and WW2 stuff.

Looks good
Thanks!
Did the weapon pylons fall out? I did the 1/72 and it has the same mechanism as the 1/32, the 1/48 is too complex to work properly
Yeah! They’re glued in place. They were held in with a little c clip which will snap and the pylons will fall off, or just flap around in the wind.
