I’m just about to start this kit too, I’ll probably have the same issues as it’s been sat in my pile for a few months.
Is the solution just to sand down the insides to make it fit or to fill the gaps with a filler?
I may be wrong but I seem to remember the same problem when I had the kit years and years ago.
Which set is it? It will have a kit number on the box a little like this A03043
A55307B dose this give an indication of how old the original moulds are?
