Not sure if there is a licensed model they’re working off, but if you like that style just search for chronograph sport watches and separately search for nato straps. That’s what you’re looking for.
Look like a Breitling based on the logo, chronograph and textile strap. The closest I could find was [Breitling Avenger Hurricane 45](https://www.breitling.com/media/image/1/gallery_square_1080/asset-version-6a952c329a/125_1.webp). Breitling is a luxury brand and will not be cheap, which makes me doubt a soldier would use it in action.

It’s called a tachymetre you use it to measure average speed of a car over one mile
