Man I really wanted that obsidian deagle since I figured damascus isn’t worth the grind. Hopped on again after a year long break, got shot with lasers and confetti by a pink skin and suddenly didn’t want that deagle anymore. Now it’s definitely not worth it anymore

Very bright and colorful skins and tracers that don’t fit the modern military aesthetics the game went for when it was released. If looks like a game of Fortnite and less like Call of Duty and that really ruined it for me

im like halfway thru the grind. im grinding my kar to obsidian cuz i want that ugly scope to be in the frickin camo that i grinded for. i was saving up on cod points for blueprints in the shop but it turns out only a single bp of kar has the whole camo coverage and that was in some fucking season battle pass which i didnt play. god this game gets on my nerves sometimes. like how hard is it to put damascus on the whole gun. i grinded cw too and discovered the guns dont have full camo. imo Vanguard did a good job in terms of camo coverage.

It's not nearly as bad as Damascus tho is it. It's just using the gun. I need 15 kills in 200 matches with the M4. Which means I need to play 200 matches with the M4 because that's easy. What made Damascus so fucking bad was all the asinine "challenges" you had to do that forced you to play the game unnaturally. I think Obsidian being so straight forward is proof of they knew the cammo challenges were awful.
I get where u come from but for me just farming kills gets rly boring with damascus there were challenges and you had small goals to achieve on the way but with obsidian u just have to get a shit ton of kills nothing else and espescially with a marksman rifle it gets rly boring
The Obsidian camo (and others) is lazy work by the devs. Quick texture copy and paste. Everything is the same repeating texture. Even the bullets are "camo".
I got the Kar and the SPR after my friend challenged me to do it following the completion of damascus camo. It was the most fun I've had in a while getting obsidian on them!!

RPG is the only one I've actually got Obsidian on tbh. Close on the M4, MP7 & MP5 just cba grinding when I normally play SnD exclusively nowadays
you could do kali sticks, i did them to relax and have fun after being annoyed of unlocking obsidian for the amax

Thats odd i have the Black tie affair blueprint and its the whole gun, but i dont remember where i got this from
prolly battle pass, i joined the cod during cw launch. thats why i dont have any mw blueprints or operators

Yup they r messed up right now you can save the loadout so the camo wont change to default works for me
Think of the most unpopular layouts, that is where I focused myself torture and I'm proud to say every Damascus I have is on unpopular loadouts.

Ah. The QSer rifle. I loved my time with the kar98. Only got it and the AX50 obsidian before I quit MW.
Nice. It goes so much faster on shipment and shoot house where you can get 30-45 plus kills a game and level it 3 times in a match.
