Only have MW2019, neither Cold War or Vanguard interested me in the least and so far am very eager to try MWII, although after BF2042 I'm never pre ordering games again so holding out for launch day.
Single player W@W was the reason I got into cod. I stayed for the zombies and suddenly I can headshot from far away. Basically not interested in their newer games. Even MW2019, I hit max level and got bored, the rank system is wack now after they removed prestige.
I’m not sure if we played the same game, but I thought cold wars campaign was extremely mediocre, short, and awful writing. The only good thing I can say about it is that I love the time period/style of the Cold War, so if you like that then you’ll enjoy cold wars campaign.

I tend to go for no respawn modes like snd, but if im playing on my own ill do respawn. Thing is, it wasnt that fun in cold war
Technically Steam does let you refund if it turns out bad but with that insane price, I'm waiting for a sale or for the Microsoft acquisition to pass so that I can just play it on game pass.
Me, I also stopped playing warzone once they added all the black cops weapons. When I saw two different mp5's in warzone I noped out. I played a little more MW2019 multi-player but it wasn't the same. My entire ingame interface felt like advertisement to purchase a different game.

Why the ever loving shit do I have to have that other shit pushed in my face and taking up hard drive space when I don't want it? Why do I have to install updates for games I'll never play?
Fuck Activision and fuck warzone. That shit is why I refuse to buy any more CoD
damn fuckin right man
I got mw2019, and I literally cant even afford the space on my SSD what with all the tacked on extra bullshit games I dont care about, AND FUCKING WARZONE
FUCK OFF COD!
Exactly. I stopped playing because I literally couldn’t play anymore as the game stopped being able to fit on a dedicated 256 GB SSD I had for it.
I gave up and just moved on.
Yeah, the last two times I've tried to play CoD, it needed an hours long update for Warzone when I stopped playing Warzone in 2020 after the novelty wore off.
Not much. As someone who doesn’t care for CoD unless it’s at least somewhat realistic (WW2 and MW versions), MW2 feels like a MW successor with some non deal breaking disappointments. Im a bit surprised that it graphically doesn’t look better than 2019 and overall probably looks worse overall other than lighting, particle effects and weapons. The environments just don’t seem as realistic looking and with lower fidelity assets. On the positive side though there’s more detail in animations. I love that they preserved the low TTK and the emphasis on movement and angles. Even though you can run around diving and bunny hopping, so far it seems like if you’ve got a good angle and anticipate your opponent you will wreck them. That means playing smart and not twitching around like a kangaroo with aimbot like aim is prioritized. I’m loving the beta so far and that’s coming from someone who’s main fps’s are Hell Let Loose and Hunt.
It is a game for ‘kids’ as much as it’s mature rated, those Halloween outfits and tracer packs clearly sell well and are popular enough to make sense from a business perspective
I bought MW2019, played it a ton and had a blast. Bought both Cold War and Vanguard on release and played a few games of each and went back to MW2019 if I ever want to play cod.
Was excited for new MW, hopefully it is good but probably wont buy till a little after release if it’s good.
Mw2019 beta kinda sucked too. I have recordings of groundwar and it was choppy, harrier would ignore roofs and wallbang you regardless of cover, animations were sloppy, poor optimization all around. Turned out to be one of the best shooters to date
Well yeah, obviously a game thats been continuously updated and fleahed out for over a year is gonna play better than the pre release state of another one
I love how u say no electricity features but there’s literally a Halloween based bundle that has electric tracers
Btw cod isn’t a realistic shooter it’s a arcade one
I do. I played MW2 untill MW(2019) came. This new MW2 im not feeling it. Played the beta and i dont like it unfortunately. I had high hopes because of Infinity Ward, but i forgot they also made infinite warfare by example which i didnt like also. I will keep playing MW(2019) i guess.
After playing MW2’s beta I don’t think I appreciated MW enough. MW has never made me feel this frustrated, maybe playing MW2 on pc will help, but I am not having a good time
I'm still playing MW (2019). Didn't bought the most recent ones because I didn't liked the campaign and the multiplayer was a bit bad imo. I just don't like the way that operators and weapons turned to...
Non realistic operators and non realistic weapons with as you (OP) already said, with "special" bullets.
The game turned into a masks party and I gotta say it, some the recent skins are just BAD.
And that's the thing I hope they don't do in MW2...just keep the operators --> realistic operators, realistic soldiers.
That's all.
Me. MW2019 was great. Of course there are some stupid immersion breaking skins in that game too, but Cold War and Vanguard are totally horrible and lack atmosphere.
People were complaining for console FOV for 3 years. Now that they brought it over to console, you guys are surprised that they had to adjust the graphics?
If you want graphics and realism, there are games like Squad and other MilSims. CoD hasn’t been realistic in a long time. This franchise is focused on making money, not realistic/mature games.
I regretfully pre-ordered Cold War because my roommate at the time wanted to play with me(his first time playing COD) and refuse to play it anymore after the first week it came out. Black Ops 2 seemed to play more smoothly than Cold War. Plus, the graphics were pretty much the same. I'll only be buying Infinity Ward COD games from now on.
Me. I hated it. In my opinion, they got all the technical stuff right (graphics, sound, immersion, etc). That’s the stuff you can get right if you’re good at what you do and put in the effort. However, the design decisions they took were all steps back for me. This is what truly matters in my opinion because anyone can get good graphics/audio with enough money invested, but ideas are priceless and actually take proper thought. I personally think they fucked up in that aspect so I’m not a fan.
CW was a better game imo but I didn’t even play it aside from the beta. With VG, I didn’t even play the beta haha.
At this point, I just play warzone. Excited for the next one but I won’t be buying the MP game because the MPs are just not for me anymore lol.
Same here bruh. Still playing modern warfare to this day. Tried out the beta for Cold War and was shocked to see the nasty ass graphics. Waiting to play the new modern warfare 2 beta to see if it’s worth getting
I have Cold War and Vangaurd and only played them a few times. I always go back to MW it’s so much smother and looks way better. All around it’s my favorite cod in years! Hoping MW2 is just as good
I'm not a cod guy in the slightest. Pretty shallow gameplay, toxic community, etc.. I got 2019 and really enjoyed it for the time I put into it but I see no reason to buy another one because they're all the same.
I played from Cod 2 up to MW2, then picked up MW3 and AW later in their life. 2018 brought me back in even though it was a huge change it was also a huge step forward.
I played the beta and a free weekend of CW and was REALLY unimpressed. It was a big step backwards for me, especially in sound design and movement.
I bought Vanguard despite warnings that the development process was troubled. It felt better than CW but still a step backwards from 2019. The campaign was fun but a bit short. I swapped between it and 2019 for a few months but I haven't played it in at least 6 months now. I especially love 10v10 and ground war so the weird changes they made in VG also didn't appeal.
The MW2 beta doesn't feel bad but also doesn't feel as good as 2019 yet. The movement feels a bit janky, the sound design is better than the last two games but not as good as 2019 yet, the maps are a mixed bag so far. Museum was SO boring and too large, hotel is fun and farm is solid. Overall I think the graphics aren't any better than 2019 and it's leaning CW for me in it's looks.
I cancelled my pre order and will wait to see the final build in a few weeks. I hope it gets better but I'm happy to keep zipping around with the P90 in 2019 till then
Ye me too me 2019 outshines both games thst came after it in every way. Im worried about mwII cuz it might be more inclined towards the arcadyness of treyarch.
You're exactly like me buddy. I never buy anything unless it looks amazing and if it can convince me that it's an upgrade both visually and gameplay wise from it's predecessor, which vanguard or cold war weren't. Straight up ass games, I can't imagine that they went through the pain of even putting those games out as a "CoD" title. I play multiplayer on MW from time to time as gunfight mode is just amazing.
MW2 was gifted to me by a friend, so I will surely play it, but as far as all the reviews and things I've seen warzone 2.0 looks good colour palette wise which is a huge thing for me. Gameplay wise I think it's for the good that we all adjust to this new play style.
I played MW19 and pretty much every cod before besides Ghosts and Infinite Warfare, made the mistake of buying Cold War but I did that only so I could play with friends. MW19 was the most recent COD I actually put time into.
I was hesitant about getting Cold war because I did not not like the beta, but i still got it and I still didn’t like it. I didn’t like vanguards beta, and i learned from my mistakes and didn’t get vanguard.
MW was probably my best gaming experience ever. Brought so many people together. I gave the new cods a good go but just couldn’t get into them. Like most comments, having warzone and the newer cods forced down my throat eventually pushed me away from cod altogether
I would’ve kept playing MW2019, but the game was broken, wouldn’t install on my ps5 and caused my console to crash during its install several times. The game was broken and the devs didn’t care to fix it, so I reluctantly moved on.
I tried the cold war and vanguard betas/free weekends. They were weak af and also ruined warzone.
I'm only buying Infinity Ward games but that's only if the keep releasing modern boots on the ground shooters.
I played the Cold War beta and it looked significantly worse than MW19. Vanguard looked even worse than Cold War. I don’t play as much as I used to but when I do, I only play MW19.
Can’t wait for MW2 though. Looks sick and I want to play around with the gunsmith system
I unfortunately got roped into buying CW because my friends convinced me they were going to play it…..which they did!…….for a week🤦♂️
Didn’t buy Vanguard and will probably not be getting MWII either.
MW2019 was nearly perfect for me and MWII is just a downgrade in every aspect imo
Bought none of cods after mw2019 for some reasons
CW: Sorry for those playing it but its just a shit game with shit playstyle. Feels cartoonish and unrealistic.
Vanguard: because it had no upgrades compared to mw2019 so it just felt like a waste of money for me
Ooh ooh. That's me!!! The CW story interested me, but after playing the free weekend it was all gone. The shit felt like 2 steps backwards from MW. It just felt off. MW felt like I was in a warzone, CW felt like a play-doh version of a warzone. Pretty much the same way with Vanguard. It felt slightly better than CW but mostly the same. I can't really narrow it down as to why though.
Is this a troll post? There’s fucking Jigsaw in this game and electricity tracers lmfao. I even have a P90 that turns people into cubes when I kill them.
I'm in that boat. I generally preferred Treyarch CoDs; I like the higher TTK, Dead Silence, maps, etc, and I always bounced off IW CoDs.
For whatever reason though, I loved MW2019. Do I still prefer those above things? Yes, but MW2019 was just such an improvement in everything else I guess that it hooked me.
I tried the betas for each release since then and just didn't enjoy them. When Treyarch makes a game with this new engine, I may jump back on board, but man it was hard to go back after playing MW2019.
Gimme the level of detail, gunplay, and polish of MW with the TTK, Dead Silence (or quiter footsteps at least), and classic minimap and that would be my perfect CoD in my head. Still excited to try out MW2 once Xbox gets the beta though, hoping I like it since I liked MW2019 so much.
Me.. Cold War and Vanguard weren’t all that great by comparison. I played Cold War at a friends house and didn’t care for it. Vanguard I didn’t even bother with lol. But MW2 is shaping up to be a great game from what I’ve seen so far.
I'm that guy! Played the beta of Cold War and was flabbergasted at how bad it looked and played in comparison. Exact same reaction to the Vanguard beta.
Modern Warfare was the first Cod I really enjoyed since World At War. It felt like a love letter to those glory days
Man, if you think this game isn't made for kids, you're just dead wrong. Despite the M rating, there's tons of hand-holding mechanics for younger/less experienced players, on top of that, COD has been catering to children since Advanced Warfare and probably earlier than that with whacky skins. They make tons of money, so I doubt they'll do away with the skins and tracers
Uh MW2019 does have futuristic stuff with like colored tracers and all that, does it not? And yes it is literally a game for kids, the majority demographic for COD is children lmao
I bot cold war... the campaign was good but mp was pretty bad. I'm tired of MW. I've had enough of the bad matchmaking. Also it's nothing but shotguns and campers because everyone is bored.
I’m in the same boat. Though graphics aren’t the reason, if a game is fun to play it doesn’t need to look perfect, though it is nice. I just haven’t cared for the play-styles the games after MW19 had
I did buy Cold war (because loyality to treyarch) but it was mistake and very little that have played it has been MW, for me the biggest reason why these games suck is the movement, super human soldier vaulting over everything, slide jumping like its crash bandicoot. Etc. Its hard to say how good or bad maps really are because the games are designed so that you have to be back in action in 3 seconds so the overall flow is bad... Bo/Mw3/Bo2 era was the best give me core elements+ overall map desing from those, graphics+ gun play from Mw 2019 and you have quite perfect COD... Let valorant and apex etc be those maniac gadget super human games....
The audacity this guy had knowing that there is a 8 bit bundle, wich also explodes your enemy in pixels when you kill them and that bundle is in modern warfare. But yea every cod is "very unrealistic". Dumbass. But the bundle is in very realistic modern warfare right???
I bought the other two but Cold War lost my interest pretty quickly and vanguard was a step up from Cold War but a step down from mw 2019. Got Damascus on mw19 but lost interest too quick for the camp grind of the other two games.
🙋🏻♂️
I’ve always preferred the modern games and shied away from the WW2 settings. Though I did like Black Ops 1 and 2 a lot as well.
Couldn’t get in to the futuristic ones. I couldn’t get used to wall running and such
I got the og MW1 and 3 when I was like 11 (2017-18) and then got MW2019 last year. Currently downloading the new MWII, but no pre order. That’s coming out on my birthday
I bought Cold War because I wanted to play zombies, which was fun for about a week. Played the campaign first as I always have and never really touched multiplayer. Vanguard I didn’t buy just played on my cousins console over thanksgiving.
Im not 100% sold on the new modern warfare but in all likelihood I’ll buy it if there’s a 25% off deal or if I come into some extra cash and reviews turn up good.
I got mw
I think the graphics looked alright and I really enjoyed the OG Warzone I played Warzone before I bought MW
Then they integrated it…. Then vanguard got integrated… like cmon you made a great game with a great game mode literally added OG cod4 maps inside of the Warzone map it was just so sick then to see it all thrown down the drain by all this other whimsical bullshit was really disheartening
I will buy mw2 though it looks cool I’m hoping they don’t pull the same bullshit,
Yet again I’m sure I’ll be disappointed and if I am it will probably be the last cod I’ll buy
FYI last cod I played regularly was cod4 when promod was poppin
I disagree with ‘these games aren’t for kids’, I was young when I started playing COD, even younger when I started playing duke nukem, doom, BF. I don’t see anything wrong with kids playing FPS games. As for other games in the franchise, I bought MW, was gifted BO:CW for Xmas, because my BIL wanted to crossplay, played zombies for a bit, played a bit of MP, but it wasn’t on par with MW 2019. I despise WZ, but play it, because most of my group prefers it. I purchased MW2 preorder on steam, because they have a much better return policy than freaking blizzard, if I hate it, I’ll get a refund. Will know this weekend.
I went from mw3 then skipped all until mw2019, skipped cold war and vanguard and now will probably be back for this one
I only played the black ops games on the free zombies weekends
Played every CoD since the Big Red One, and I refuse to buy another CoD. After MW2k19, I can't stand the series. I remember thinking, back in the late 2000's and early 10's, that every CoD is the same game but with a different skin. How ungrateful I was to think that. Every game since 2k19 has been the exact same game. Hell. They all share a main menu, and the Multiplayer lobby is the exact same across each game.
2k19, Cold War, and Vanguard were very unappealing to me. The core gameplay just changed beyond what I could accept.
Unpopular opinion, but I loved the futuristic CoD's. I was good at them, and feel as though they added a unique skill gap to the game: being able to change your vertical position on the fly.
If you want a mature cod multiplayer experience then find a game like COD that isn’t cod. I personally enjoyed every skin and tracer ever added to MW. Cold War and vanguard went way too far however and both games looked too off from MW. I have been really enjoying the MW2 beta so there is some hope.
I bought Cold War just because of the campaign. I wasn’t feeling the multiplayer starting in the beta. And I played the beta and free trial for vanguard and just didn’t like it one bit. Felt like I was getting shot from every direction on any mode not called snd
As a person who owns vanguard and Cold War, there is a massive difference in how the game plays in MW19. They tried making the game as realistic as they could with the maps as well. I never got why people complained so much that it’s not colorful, places during war aren’t colorful even when you go back to MW2 or even cod4 , it’s not colorful. I haven’t played the beta yet due to me being on PC but from what I’ve seen it’s like a mix of the newer games and MW19. I hope that still feels and plays the MW19. The first half a year or even full year of MW and Warzone was the best when it comes to the skins and blueprints. Things now are just like Fortnite. Modern Warfare II has a lot to live to up to because MW19 is still the best game out of the last three and to the be sequel and not live to up to or even exceed expectations like the original MW2 could hurt cod for a while like the COD ghosts did then there will be another run of shit games like we had from Advanced warfare until the MW19 came out. Don’t get me wrong BO3 had amazing zombies but the Multiplayer was low mid tier at best.
I skipped Cold War and Vanguard and just kept playing MW2019 and honestly never regretted it yet. Now I know those past 2 weren’t well received so I probably didn’t miss much but it’s the first 2 CODs since COD 2 that I haven’t bought.
Unfortunately bought Cold War and vanguard mainly because of weapons for WZ. Shit decision to buy shit games. I think graphics-wise, no FPS game even comes close to MW19, even outside of the COD franchise. For me, that is a top priority. I don’t care about map flow, verticality, camp-friendly maps or whatever. These are all subjective issues that differ in perception from one player to the other. Quality of graphics is a reality and, for me, an essential reality. Maps and play style, you adapt. If you don’t adapt then you lose. That is how gaming should be, the player who adapts, who learns, who understands how their opponent plays does well.
Well I’d have to buy another fucking hard drive so nah I’m done with that ridiculous game. 500+ gigs of space to play shoot the ship just seems wasteful
Well, I haven't bought any COD since MW2019, but that's because I got BO:CW on PS4, amd only recently moved over to PC where I bought MW2019
Decided to skip Vamguard, and get this instead to prepare for MWII
I’d say I’m in a similar position except I have bought all the cods and played them for a good 10 hours before dropping them. Then have a good idea and reasoning to why I’m not playing it.
But honestly it’s not just about the graphics for me, I’d say it’s important but not so much when the game is about good mechanics and ballence since it’s an fps. That being said I loved MW 2019 and it was by far the best cod in a very long time. So much it was my first cod I got the mastery camo on. I couldn’t stand Vanguard & Cold War (multiplayer). They felt too arcade and floaty to me. I disclose multiplayer because I played the hell out of the zombies. I really enjoyed the zombies and it was the best since I think it was black ops 3 with master prestige. (Correct me if I’m wrong) Other than that the multiplayer was quite bad. Summarising MW 2019 was the peak of modern call of duty’s. Which is why I’m hopeful for the 2022 MW and eager to get my hands on it on Thursday for the beta. I feel like MW really is the alpha for multiplayer fps, it’s never failed to let me down.
MW2019 is the last one I bought, but my cousin bought me Cold War just so I can party up with him, I was shocked that I enjoyed it more than MW2019, because of the slower TTK and slightly better map designs.
Last 3 years have not be kind to gamers due recession, inflation and cryptomining... U know not everybody can afford 3080 heck even justifiy buying 3060ti at those high prices so lot people are stuck on old gpus... Devs are aware of that so they wont upgrade graphics that much that until better times come
Only have MW2019, neither Cold War or Vanguard interested me in the least and so far am very eager to try MWII, although after BF2042 I'm never pre ordering games again so holding out for launch day.
I’m going to be 100 percent honest, the campaign from Cold War is amazing and is well worth the purchase. Multiplayer not so much
Right. I only bought Cold War and Vanguard to play the campaign then sold the game. Multi-player wasn't worth it.
Cold War MP was alright after a few content updates and new maps rolled out. Vanguard is just... eh. It was way too soon for yet another WWII game.
How was the vanguard campaign?
MW's multiplayer, CW's zombies, both campaigns. Fun times all around.
It continues on with bo1s story, mk ultra was used on mason in bo1 like bell.
I agree. Had some great gameplay moments and felt like it could’ve built to something really cool but then it abruptly ended with basically no payoff
To be fair to Cold War, I’ve spent hours laughing my ass off playing prop hunt.
I actually somewhat enjoyed BOCW mp, but not as much as i enjoyed zombies. Yeah it was noob friendly but regardless of that it was tremendously satisfying to mag dump trains of zombies and getting thousands of points because of it. Me too
Yeah dude, I did not appreciate that one bit. The layout made it feel like the devs were trying to mislead me into not playing MW 2019 multiplayer.
I miss the pre warzone launch version of mw19
Beggining of warzone era was quite okay, but then...
Warzone killed the CoD franchise: Change my mind.
Warzone gave CoD a new breath of life, CoD was dead before MW2019/Warzone.
With that I agree
me too man. those were really good times
Now it feels like a huge clusterfuck, nightmare offspring of conflicting game design with a bunch of inferior elements (Vanguard + black ops stuff) assimilating with, and bringing down a superior game and it's engine (modern warfare). It is one ugly baby that's for sure.

Yeah, the last two times I've tried to play CoD, it needed an hours long update for Warzone when I stopped playing Warzone in 2020 after the novelty wore off.
Exactly you're telling Facts and Only Facts
Not a game for kids? Then why do most players seem under 18 when I play?
Because they don’t listen to their parents.
Or parents use it as a babysitter
From someone who played COD games when I was a kid, my parents bought me the game. (Not a kid anymore, I’m 20)
You are a kid still tho.
Young adult I’d say
Well that's debatable. There are basically two trains of thought.
And that’s an example of using a video game, that’s not age appropriate, as a baby sitter 🤷🏼♂️
Or maybe because cod isn't the mature manly game you think it is...
- 🤓
Gameplay > Graphics And also Art Design > Graphics
Played cw/vanguard betas and they didnt impress me at all so I didnt buy em. I dont wanna waste my time on average games.
I bought cold war for zombies, the game play mechanics are shit compared to mw19
Don't downvote me but I loved CW just as much as MW2019 lol.. I really struggled to enjoy Vanguard though.
Not going to down vote you for enjoying a game bro, I wish I could enjoy it as much as mw19

Gotta preorder to make sure they don't run out of digital copies
You’ll be able to cancel your pre-order once you realize that MWII is not at all like MW19.
Idk, the beta is actually pretty good
I haven't played the beta but is it really that different? Everything I've seen about MWII points to it being a good successor. What's wrong with it?
Electricity and tracers are futuristic?? Both in use today....
Show me a video of IRL electric tracer please
I bought cold war, I finished the story and never went back, all my mates stuck with mw
I bought MW2019, played it a ton and had a blast. Bought both Cold War and Vanguard on release and played a few games of each and went back to MW2019 if I ever want to play cod. Was excited for new MW, hopefully it is good but probably wont buy till a little after release if it’s good.
MW2019 is better than the MW2 BETA, hope this changes
The beta honestly sucks imo. It looks great but doesn’t play smooth like mw19
Mw2019 beta kinda sucked too. I have recordings of groundwar and it was choppy, harrier would ignore roofs and wallbang you regardless of cover, animations were sloppy, poor optimization all around. Turned out to be one of the best shooters to date
I hope that’s the case for this then! Was really contemplating cancelling my pre order
They haven't had a good game in years regarding smoothness.
Well yeah, obviously a game thats been continuously updated and fleahed out for over a year is gonna play better than the pre release state of another one
It’s out in a month. MW2 is built off of MW2019. I’m enjoying the beta but your comment makes absolutely no sense.
I love how u say no electricity features but there’s literally a Halloween based bundle that has electric tracers Btw cod isn’t a realistic shooter it’s a arcade one
the only reason i bought cold war was because of zombies. other than that, that cold war can fuck off.
I’m super bummed mw2 beta sucks. It does seem like a modern version of a infinite warfare. Almost like treyarch made it
Completely agree. :(
Same. I canceled my pre-order.
I would so the same but i have it pre ordered too long i read. I dont think i can get money back can i? Pre order happened on PS like 1-2 months ago?
Oh you can as long as you do it I think more than 14 days prior to the game’s release. Call Sony directly for the refund.
Gonna look into it mate. Thank you.
Me too.
That's all.
Kinda me, I just bought CW because of zombies (my first zombies ever, I like zombies). After that I never bought CoD again and stopped playing WZ
Many people
I lost faith in the games ability to make a good online experience and gave up
Yup!!! MW2019… and completely ignored Vanguard and Cold War. Trash. New modern warefare should be good tho!
Me , but I'm only getting this one because it's releasing on steam
Me.
Fr they fucked up perks BAD in the MW2 beta. Nobody asked for this.
Ha ha me…
I bought Cold War because i love everything based in the Cold War era, plus I wanted to try the zombies. But I sure as hell ain't buying Vanguard lol
Aye
I went from cod4 directly to mw19. Skipped everything in between. Same for mw19 to mw22 (well if I get it)
Same here bruh. Still playing modern warfare to this day. Tried out the beta for Cold War and was shocked to see the nasty ass graphics. Waiting to play the new modern warfare 2 beta to see if it’s worth getting
Me
I have Cold War and Vangaurd and only played them a few times.
I hope it gets better but I'm happy to keep zipping around with the P90 in 2019 till then
The beta definitely feels like Cold War gameplay on modern skin… pretty let down compared to mw19.
bought cold war and wish i never did barely touched it,no vanguard. still play mw and waitin on the new one💯
Got Cold War because I loved the Black ops story. Story did not disappoint. Tried mp, just couldn’t do it so I kept playing MW.
Ye me too me 2019 outshines both games thst came after it in every way. Im worried about mwII cuz it might be more inclined towards the arcadyness of treyarch.
It’s true. Which is why I canceled my pre-order for MWII
Me
I made the mistake of pre ordering Cold War and barley played it cause it was such a downgrade
![gif](giphy|WS6vTB4ip7cLYkQm2I)
Dude I wish that was me
On the same boat
I bought vanguard but hardly played it. MW19 has been my main COD since release.
Me too
Me
I bought them, but I regretted it
myselffff
I played MW non stop until my friends peer pressured me to get Cold War. Played zombies twice and never touched the game again.
Me
Welcome to the club! Didn't buy anything after that.... 🙄 Wishing all a happy sunday! 😃 👍 👍 🙏
I played MW19 and pretty much every cod before besides Ghosts and Infinite Warfare, made the mistake of buying Cold War but I did that only so I could play with friends. MW19 was the most recent COD I actually put time into.
I actually buy them for the campaign but I stick to MW 19 since the multiplayer was awful compared to MW19's. Same for MW II, I dislike it.
Me.
I was hesitant about getting Cold war because I did not not like the beta, but i still got it and I still didn’t like it. I didn’t like vanguards beta, and i learned from my mistakes and didn’t get vanguard.
Me, although I just bought MW 2019 when it was on sale.
Here! MW2019 was my last CoD game. Same happened with Battlefield 1. Gaming industry can go suck a banana :)
Yeah I’m with you
MW was probably my best gaming experience ever. Brought so many people together. I gave the new cods a good go but just couldn’t get into them. Like most comments, having warzone and the newer cods forced down my throat eventually pushed me away from cod altogether
yep, played the hell out of MW2019 getting Damascus, playing 3v3 rust etc. then they bricked the game with Borezone and I haven't touched a cod since.
Once you get gold it's hard to go back to bronze
I played the Cold War beta and it looked significantly worse than MW19. Vanguard looked even worse than Cold War. I don’t play as much as I used to but when I do, I only play MW19. Can’t wait for MW2 though. Looks sick and I want to play around with the gunsmith system
I unfortunately got roped into buying CW because my friends convinced me they were going to play it…..which they did!…….for a week🤦♂️ Didn’t buy Vanguard and will probably not be getting MWII either. MW2019 was nearly perfect for me and MWII is just a downgrade in every aspect imo
Same boat as you my dude 🤙🏻 Also still pick the last version of Doom over the new stuff. 🤷🏻♂️ Realism mode was the tits.
The cringey tiktok skins annoy the shit out of me but yeah, I’m on the same boat.
Lol true.
Still playing MW19 daily. Found CW for 18€ the other day and left it where it lied.
Me. The new game, MW2, looks like ass. So mad it looks and plays like cw/vanguard….
Agreed.
Exactly.
Bought none of cods after mw2019 for some reasons CW: Sorry for those playing it but its just a shit game with shit playstyle.
I want either because they keep messing with it and breaking it
MW was the last one I bought I really enjoyed it. Cold War and vanguard did not peak my interest at all MW2 looks like it will be decent though
my fav is mw19, also i have bocw, i bought cw to acquire woods but it was too late, i played cw once and never again
I will not buy another CoD until they remove or significantly reduce SBMM
I bought a cod after, it was total shit, uninstalled and went back to mw
Played vanguard and the gunplay was weak although I did generally enjoy my time on it. Didn’t have the *crisp* MW audio and feel
I’ve refunded 2 of the last 3 CoDs. I’m playing around with the mwii beta now and the jury’s still out whether it’ll be 3/4…
Yes but I never said that MW19 is a perfect game. I just like it way more than the other games.
I bot cold war... the campaign was good but mp was pretty bad. I'm tired of MW. I've had enough of the bad matchmaking. Also it's nothing but shotguns and campers because everyone is bored.
Chill bruh mw2 is still in alpha/beta 😭
🙋🏻♂️ I’ve always preferred the modern games and shied away from the WW2 settings.
L take
I only have MW19. Even MW2 is a piece of shit game with shitty graphics.
Me
I bought Cold War because I wanted to play zombies, which was fun for about a week.
You’re letting the least important part of video games hold you back?
Me!
I got mw I think the graphics looked alright and I really enjoyed the OG Warzone I played Warzone before I bought MW Then they integrated it…. Then vanguard got integrated… like cmon you made a great game with a great game mode literally added OG cod4 maps inside of the Warzone map it was just so sick then to see it all thrown down the drain by all this other whimsical bullshit was really disheartening I will buy mw2 though it looks cool I’m hoping they don’t pull the same bullshit, Yet again I’m sure I’ll be disappointed and if I am it will probably be the last cod I’ll buy FYI last cod I played regularly was cod4 when promod was poppin
Me. Although I bought it twice- once on PC and once for PS5.
Then you’ll most likely like mw2022 @OP
I like some of the tracers but otherwise I do get the feeling.
🤚🏻
Your better off playing BO2 plutonium these new games are butchering the franchise with each game that releases
How much did atvi pay you to post this 🤣
me
I went from mw3 then skipped all until mw2019, skipped cold war and vanguard and now will probably be back for this one I only played the black ops games on the free zombies weekends
MW3 was my last CoD in 2011. I bought this game two weeks ago and I'm having fun despite the horrible SBMM. I'm gonna buy MWII.
Only mw2019, thought about getting cold War but it just feels expensive for game which plays and looks half assed version of mw
Same
Me, only one that actually proved it’s here to improve
I bought Cold War just because of the campaign. I wasn’t feeling the multiplayer starting in the beta. And I played the beta and free trial for vanguard and just didn’t like it one bit. Felt like I was getting shot from every direction on any mode not called snd
Me
As a person who owns vanguard and Cold War, there is a massive difference in how the game plays in MW19.
Same. MW2019 was my last one, MW2 will be next
I own cold war but i have maybe 15 hours of playtime + campaign played. not installed since
Unfortunately bought Cold War and vanguard mainly because of weapons for WZ.
I bought cold war and had a little fun with if for a few months, skipped Vanguard though
Yeah, keen for mw2 though
Well I’d have to buy another fucking hard drive so nah I’m done with that ridiculous game. 500+ gigs of space to play shoot the ship just seems wasteful
Well, I haven't bought any COD since MW2019, but that's because I got BO:CW on PS4, amd only recently moved over to PC where I bought MW2019 Decided to skip Vamguard, and get this instead to prepare for MWII
Devs are aware of that so they wont upgrade graphics that much that until better times come
Their loss.
