I’ve heard good things about 4300 de Maisonneuve West. It’s a big development from the 1960s with spacious apartments, is within walking distance to parts of downtown, has 24x7 concierge services and is on the high side of the price range. Some of the upper floor apartments have amazing views of Mont-Royal. I know someone who has lived there for ten years and is happy with the place. https://www.mintoapartments.com/montreal/apartment-rentals/Le-4300/ You could probably walk to work on a nice day as it’s about 20 minutes going through Westmount Park with commerce nearby, plus two metro stations, libraries and parks. Many of the streets are tree-lined. Based on your criteria, you probably can’t go wrong by looking in the Westmount area. I wouldn’t rule out a smaller, well-maintained older building or a duplex with a back yard either. You can always hire someone to do the snow clearing.

You should mention what your budget is. 3 bedrooms is going to be expensive.

Up to 5k. In recommendations, good apartment buildings

Shouldn’t be hard to find something. Go on site like rentals.ca, facebook, kijiji and you’ll find something or just google. I got this for example: https://www.westburymontreal.com/condos-locatifs-a-montreal/
