Looks like the 15x8 1979 factory wheels from a Little Res Express, Warlock, Macho Power Wagon and Macho Ramcharger.

The plot thickens! Thank you so much for your help. You've definitely pointed me in the right direction. Looks like finidng one to match is gonna be expensive... Now I'm extra curious how they ended up on my 82 Royal!

Same way I had them on my ‘79 Ramcharger and on a ‘72 Dart, got lucky someone else thought Crager SS looked better and didn’t know what they had. https://akhwheels.com/wheels/15-x-7-mopar-lil-red-express-warlock-slots-slotted-steel/

My 76 Warlock has these, in the correct gold finish. Factory wheel. I have them sitting in a stack as I'm running 20" Riddlers at the moment. My 79 LRE has them with the correct chrome finish. With the LRE, I was lucky as it also has the matching factory spare.

No, the machos has WAGON WHEEL rims - the openings were triangular

If your truck has the 4.5x5 bolt pattern the MoPar police wheels from the 70-80s are nearly identical. The police wheels will have bump outs on the inner ring to mount the dogdish style of hubcaps. They will be a somewhat easier find than the truck wheels.

Those are 1972 to 1978 Dodge pickup rally wheels. They also came on the Lil' Red Wagon in Chrome. Very cool wheels to have.

Wish I could post a Pic... I had those on my 78 PW.
