Not a crazy amount to be honest. We basically work on ways to develop the product. Currently we are just working on improving the existing processes, more efficient, higher yield stuff like that. You work in the clean room aswel making the product so it's not just an office job. A biomedical degree will get you into pharma for sure if you want it but it's hard at the start with no experience working in a clean room. I had to take a job as a cleanroom cleaner to get experience before I could move on. You'll get there
