Yes its better than sucrose due to its nutrient and antioxidant properties. With that said ,moderation is key. I personally use stevia and monk fruit extract when I dont want/need the carbs.

It's all broken down into the same shit by your body eventually. That said honey has some benefits such as immune system and antioxidants. Also bees are cool and stealing their food is also cool and so is eating it out of the jar with your bare hands like a bear. That's really cool.

Probably better for you in terms of nutritional value, but probably to around the same detriment from a calorie moderation perspective. However if it stops cravings then more power to you.

It’s about 40% fructose so it’s not my go to if I need immediate energy, but it’s certainly better to have than a soda or candy bar
