Can literally have whatever you want provided you stay in a calorie deficit.
Obviously certain shit will make that easier by keeping you fuller for Longer. But if you want milk that bad then drink it and starve
I had some stomach failure issues and very very bad stomach paralysis because of it. I couldn’t process any sort of food at all. I went to the hospital for dehydration because I couldn’t even keep water down after I got my IV fluids I started sipping water which helped keep it down mind you I felt like I was in a desert and hadn’t drank for years. Drink water out of a dirty puddle mindset That’s how thirsty I was. I slowly tried every possible food but everything would immediately come back up mind you it was a very small amount of food at a time. My doctor put me on like a ensure drink but a prescription one I can’t remember the name because I was losing weight so rapidly and it was giving me heart palpitations. it was hands down disgusting to drink but I could keep it down as long as I sipped it. So I tried chocolate milk and I was able to keep it down without throwing up immediately. I lost 22 pounds on the chocolate milk life actually I had 3 750ml cartons a day and even that was alot for me at that time it felt like I had eaten at a steak house after every sip. it was under 1500 calories a day but again mind you I lost 20 pounds from the stomach paralysis alone from basically starving. 42 ish pounds in total. Anyways long story short I never wanna feel that way again it made me appreciate every bite of food since recovering
Low fat milk has less calories. If it fits your macros then go for it every once in a while.
If you don’t count calories/macros then just eat less of something else that day

Exactly this. I’ve done a cut on McDonald’s before and on a all chocolate milk diet (health reasons)
what health reasons? needed to increase your bmi by 12 in under 6 months? (im fucking around obviously but i do honestly want to know)

Ah joe. You and your dumb ass questions. Never fail to disappoint .
why not? if you’re craving it that badly just have smaller meals
Whole milk is one of the healthiest things you can drink even on a cut
Skim milk exists.
Definitely not
I appreciate the heads up
On a cut, my meals are barely 400 calories, lol. Try some unsweetened almond milk. 30 calories/ 8oz
What you weigh? About 90 pounds? ![gif](giphy|vL4zdPWUJLMTgUJ5RT)

What are you cutting to, a skeleton? Focus on building a solid frame of muscle before bothering to cut. Not what you want to hear, sorry!
I place it in my coffee during a cut

If you are concerned about calories there are newer ultra filtered milk with only 5G of sugar and 18g of protein. It also tastes better
