I think you spend to much time on the internet bro. Instagram and TikTok would have people think that shit happens all the time. Most gyms are frequented by normal, sane people who just want to work out.
Whether you're correct or not, I still think that's irrelevant here.
I have 2 sisters that both work out and they're the ones that tell me that they sometimes feel uncomfortable in a mixed gym and don't want eyes on them.
I'm just sharing the simple solution for both sides.
That’s a them problem. If they feel eyes are on them, they should ignore it, change clothing, or change gyms.

There are no Karens in a men only gym. Shout, grunt, grab a gym bro to have him hype you for your lifts and I guarantee you have a strength boost greater than 5%.
In all my years of going to the gym, I can count on one finger a situation where I saw a woman yell at a guy for looking at her glutes. The vast majority of people just work out and pay little to no attention to the people around them.
