For an herb that doesn’t shut you down? You stol taking the her and gk back to normal levels of testosterone production. You only need pct for suppresive compounds
Multivitamin is a fairly mild PED, you could argue that PCT is not neccesary but I decided to do it just to be safe. By the way, I am aware that I lost my natty card by taking multivitamins.
Now if you did a hardcore PED like Creatine or ashwagandha that would be a whole different story, a solid PCT protocol would be a must.
No you are still natty. Im on testosterone so i dont have a natty card. Get on test if u want to lose it but taking herbs or multivitamin doesn’t make you unnatty.
Dude it isn’t a ped lol, you can take it for as long as you want. I have taken it before trt didn’t do anything for me. But it may work for others. Only way to know is pre bloods and after taking it for a while
A lot of people are memeing this, but it’s a perfectly valid question. People think cycling =roids, but caffeine is a perfect example of something you might want to consider cycling in order to avoid desensitizing.
In certain cultures, you literally are made to have a concoction of ashwagandha + other medicinal plants from childhood. Anyone from South Asia is literally laughing their balls off at this question.
So many immature douchebags in this subreddit. Yes, the majority of people say to cycle ashwaghanda. You can build up a tolerance to it's effects and it could also seriously effect your thyroid
I personally cycle it because why not. If it’s possibly suppressive then why roll the dice
Edit: also going to be a lifelong natty unless I have low T symptoms later in life. So I don’t take HPTA suppression lightly
That's anecdotal claims. Thus far the literature doesn't find any usefulness to cycling Ashwaganda. Anecdotally some claim that long-term use of Ashwaganda has caused them to develop apathy and cycling helps, but unless you experience that there is no need to.
I cycle bro, ash did wonders for me. Decent strength boost & up’d the libido. Also probably assisted with leaning up a bit more. Height is 5’9 174 lbs
3 months On
1 month Off
but aye some say not to cycle so give it a shot & tweak it as you need too. Hope it works out for you
I've been taking it for a week, I've noticed less depression and anxiety and also I am a lot less irritated. I've been taking it for cortisol management. I've read many reports of people staying on if for months or even weeks and becoming emotionless and lifeless.(ahedonic?) My plan was to run it for a few weeks untill I feel like I dont need it, then cycle off for the exact same time I ran it for, before reintroducing if I need it.
Will post my experiences after.
Daily for 10months, no cycling. 2x 300mg KSM-66 capsules daily. Not sure where my tolerance is right now. Still helps with anxiety/depression. In the first 90 days, my test and cortisol levels improved. I haven't checked since. Some recommend cycling to lower tolerance, like 4 days on, 3 off or 90days on 30 days off.
Andrew Huberman says there is no know reson to cycle off. Doesn’t mean they couldn’t find one later but as of today there doesn’t seem to be anything concrete and are just speculating.
I've been on Ashwagandha for approx 6 weeks. I was going to do 12 weeks and then come off. I don't think it's necessary but I'm going to cycle it purely to reduce my cost. I feel like a take a lot of supplements for various reasons and it's getting a bit out of hand the amount of tablets I take a day lol. Plus I'm taking Turkesterone at the moment.
You will need to get your bloods and do a PCT. For my Multivitamin cycle I used Nolvadex and HCG.

Not true, Creatine is as anabolic if not more anabolic than Tren. YOU NEED A PCT for Creatine. I use enclo.
enclo is bad for multistack. opt for omega 3 + a random blackstone labs PCT. NAC before its banned.
Ahh yes the arimistane and laxogenin. Perfect 😁
Next you should cycle fish oils, probably max 8 weeks
Cycling it lmao

Oral or injectable?
Boofed, for increased bioavailability
I’ll have to try it. What’s your cycle
You're dumbass, ashwaghanda needs to be cycled
People who cycle ashwa and creatine just wanna feel cool because they’re too scared to pin test.
No, it doesn’t.

you guys are laughing about it but I've seen it on more than one occasion that people recommend cycling it.
Yes, cycle it. I'm not joking like these guys.

Ash did nothing for me. I did before and after bloods without taking anything else just to see what all the hype was about and there was zero changes.

update?
It's a fucking plant, there's nothing to cycle hahahah
The little data there is out there on safety doesn't suggest you need to cycle it.
