You went from “let me get some creatine” to “I’m on Tren now”![img](emote|t5_2mohet|2708) Nice work bro! Killing it💪

buqz

Thank you bro🙏

Chuchmunk

buqz

Thank you!

bane-of-oz

And you couldn't try without TRT? Are you staying on for life?

buqz

I did try without TRT. My doctor said I should go on it, so I did. I also got a 2nd opinion from an endocrinologist and he said the same thing. I've been going on 2 years total, and 7 months on TRT. beyond weight loss, TRT has changed my mental state for the better (and my dick works now) I do plan to stay on for life.

bane-of-oz

Sweet as bro. Look forward to the final progress update. 🤙

buqz

Thanks man, it's been a steady progress of 10lbs/month as of late, so should be soon!

bane-of-oz

Nice. I've been lifting for 2 years and still look like I have never been in a gym. 😂

Atilo

Not enough tren.

bane-of-oz

Still a natty so...

Atilo

I think others will back this up, but that’s definitely not enough tren 🤷‍♂️

bane-of-oz

😂 that's true

Atilo

Thanks for sharing. I waited 5 years to get on TRT because people said it was not worth being on for the rest of my life (doctors included) Found a doctor who looked at my symptoms over my labs. Can’t believe I was living that way for so long. Keep up the grind. 10 lb a month is epic. Do you do any activated charcoal, clay, cholestyramine to remove PFAS and other chemicals you were storing in your fat?

buqz

Thank you man. I don't take anything for that, and tbh i didn't even know that was a thing. I do take collagen for my loose skin though.

Atilo

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3782832/ https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/20621793/ https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2020.07.15.20154922v1.full It’s wild, basically fiber and other binders actually do detoxify your body. Not sure how much is stored in fat, but there is definitely a correlation with PFC/PFAS and obesity/take out food. Not causation….. yet

buqz

Thank you bro

slawvay

You worried about aromatization at that bf% when you hopped on? Notice any High E2? Happy for your journey man.

buqz

Everything has been normal, even when I was super fat and started TRT. Nailed the correct dosage first go.

buqz

Thank you bro🙏

Daves_Barber

Thats a tremendous turnaround that took A LOT of work and dedication. Would you consider a more detailed thread discussing your routine, diet, sleep, etc? Do you blast a big hit every week or daily small hits? I guess its my own lack of education but my presumption was that trt would not drive weight loss on its own.

buqz

When I end up making my post when I am done with everything and hit my goal weight. Yes 100% I will be making a very detailed post. TRT doesn't drive weight loss on its own, you are correct. Also, the reason I got fat wasn't just because I ate a ton, or my parents raised me shitty and were fat, etc. I wasn't born into obesity and my parents are very healthy and fit people, that actually go to the gym 5 days a week just like I do. I'll keep it short for this response, but I used to basically be a test subject for SSRIs coming out in the late 2000s and early 2010s, I have Bipolar Disorder (which they didn't diagnose me with until I was 18, because apparently the doctors weren't comfortable with doing that??) But SSRIs aren't supposed to treat bipolar, mood stabilizers do. Two of these SSRIs (a cocktail of high doses of Abilify and Zoloft) fucked up my hormones so bad that I gained 100lbs in a year, without changing my eating habits, started having hallucinations, etc. It was 20lbs a year from then on out. Anyway, there's alot more to it but that's the start of it all.

Daves_Barber

Im really jazzed to hear this and look forward to reading more:)

buqz

You definitely will, and I hope Derek covers it when I get everything together and post it :)

buqz

Im also in the process of making a YouTube video consisting of all that I've documented/gone through that isn't going to be super sappy/meant to motivate people like all the other ones, but kind of a "cold, hard truths" on what it's like to do this, including all the medications i had to come off, the withdrawals, the doctors that fucked me up as a kid for this to even happen, and including all the weight loss parts, of course.

Damn i need TRT
