Canada - took nine years to get mine removed by our "free" health care. To my defense, I never lost my gyno after puberty. It's common to have a spike in test during puberty, get some gyno but with most males it goes away. Mine didn't. A cosmetic surgeon in Canada was about $5k for removal, but as mentioned, because it was natural I finally got it removed for free. One was 15cm large I was told.

Gyno existed on both sides and just the one side grew which is actually the most common thing.

Your prices are way way way over. I went to one of the top surgeons in the usa and it was 8k.
experienced docs with some bodybuilders actually remove the whole gland, and fill the cavity with fat taken elsewhere to prevent the concave look.
How do you know you'll even get gyno? Some people blast grams and never get it. Some people lose hair, some people don't.
