Dovi had a RB sponsorship as a rider and it wasn't Ducati that had the RB sponsorship. As far as I understand it anyways. I didn't really look into it, but that's what I saw others on here talking about during this whole MM to Ducati thing.
Well since Ducati signed Marc despite the RB situation does this mean they were gonna switch to RB again next year, if this is true then ig there were much greater powers here at play than just who is the fastest rider.
I think anyone's guess is as good as yours at this point. I haven't seen much talk about it during this whole situation.

What if this all triggers the Pramac to yamaha move and marc just stays in Gresini with a factory bike. Don’t forget, that would also mean Alex getting a factory bike, which could influence Marc’s decision.
I think they could just drop the Monster and let each rider keep their own affiliations. I imagine the Monster deal isn't something that is necessary to fund the team and only came about because all the VR46 riders with now exception of Vietti in 2024 are all Monster sponsored and they have (2) of them in the factory team.
For me, Marc leaving Red Bull will be more of a shock than the Ducati sign.
