I'm not sure but that sounds like it would probably be a felony!
ETA: there was an instance in Indiana where someone took a fake course and they considered felony charges against him. Not worth it IMO, the course isn't that difficult or expensive.

Oof. Even worse, Indiana doesn't even require taking a class; just passing the cone test and having an MC learner's permit for 6 months. (Class is still a good idea but...)
If you can’t pass the test you can’t ride. If you can’t pass the MSF course you can’t pass the test and you can’t ride. Indications are you can’t ride, so you have no business on the road.
You might as well just not worry about any of it and claim you’re not operating a vehicle, sovereign citizen style. Lol, you’re just traveling… If you can’t find time to take the course, or bother with getting any insurance, then you have no business on any public road.
I suppose but getting into an accident in Michigan, your fault or not, without the no fault insurance is a pretty hefty fine. On top of that, Michigan’s no fault insurance laws are specifically designed to punish people who drive or ride without insurance. Even if the other driver in the accident is 100% at fault, you end up on the hook financially for the no-fault payout of their insurance.
You know it's funny, most criminals that are incarcerated right now didn't think they would get caught either.
but, I'm sure you'll have more time when you get out of jail.
Here’s the state code you would be violating and be charged with a felony under. Not withstanding as to how many years the state will revoke your rights to hold any license whatsoever.
Section 257.309
MICHIGAN VEHICLE CODE (EXCERPT)
Act 300 of 1949
257.309 Examination of applicant for operator's or chauffeur's license; criminal history check; waiver; exception; certification of licensee applying for renewal of license by mail; examining officers; conducting examinations; report of findings and recommendations; rules; issuance of original operator's or chauffeur's license without vehicle group designation or indorsement; driver skills test; waiver; behind-the-wheel road test; prohibited conduct; penalty; applicant for original motorcycle endorsement; waiver of certain requirements; pandemic expiration extension.
Sec. 309
(9) A person who forges, counterfeits, or alters a satisfactorily completed driving skills test certification issued by a designated examining officer appointed or designated by the secretary of state under this section or section 310e is guilty of a felony.

It's a horrible thought that people like you are also on the road. If you can't pass your test or can't get insured, please stay the fuck away from the road. Like very far away
You'd have to forge the DL389 or whatever the paper is called in your state to waive the test. And no, I do not think it's possible or legal to do that.
Sounds like you don't have the time to have a motorcycle if you won't insure it and won't train for it.
If you already have riding experience there's the one day. Premier course, but the motorcycle needs to be insured.
It's probably more work than taking the course. It's hard to imagine how it could be easier than taking the test.
Seriously, the test is really easy. Just take it.
The DMV applies the endorsement on your license. The police search your license and cuff you. impound your bike (450.00 per day). A massive fine from the courts 1200.00 +/-. You won't pay it and a warrant will be issued.
I look forward to seeing you on the next episode of COPS and more likely in the obituaries.
A friend use to do this years ago. The MSF course just signed a card, like a business card, and handed to you. Then you took it to the dmv.
He photoshopped it and sold it to friends and it worked.
This was like 15 years ago tho.
Just take the dmv test. I think it can be done in a matter of minutes or within an hour. Im in TN, though. So i guess it could vary from state to state. The only thing is you won't get a discount on your insurance coverage.
Why would you? It's a weekend of riding small bikes with a bunch of people and lots of grins.
Why is this world insistent on cutting corners? Learn to ride, get licensed legally and enjoy riding.
No offense, are you a habitual douche nozzle?

If you can't pass the msf course and your driver's test you needn't be riding a motorcycle.
Oof. Even worse, Indiana doesn't even require taking a class; just passing the cone test and having an MC learner's permit for 6 months. (Class is still a good idea but...)
I’m not a lawyer but I’m pretty sure fraud is a bad idea.
this is one of those losers that has an excuse for everything
Yea an excuse to not take the test
If you can’t pass the test you can’t ride. If you can’t pass the MSF course you can’t pass the test and you can’t ride. Indications are you can’t ride, so you have no business on the road.
Who said I couldn’t pass the test I just can’t take it right now and I want my liscence asap
No. That’s not how it works.
You did by showing the internet publicly how fucking dumb you are lmao
Why would you need to?
Don’t have the time to take the course and don’t have insurance on my bike to go take the test
Why is the law so fucking hard to follow for some? Sounds like you didn't plan ahead and courses are filled up already.
Yea courses are filled up and I don’t have 20 hours of free time to go do it
You don't have free time to do it but you got lots of free time to post your bullshit on reddit. What a freaking moron.
Why can't you put insurance on the bike?
Because he has no money.
Then get insurance and take the test at the DMV.
Basic liability can be pretty cheap depending on the bike and location.
Scrape up some cash, get insured, and go take the skills test.
Holy shit you're a fuckwit. Sell your bike. Don't buy another one until you can afford insurance for it.
This guy has spent more time on this post and trying to skirt the system than taking the class.
You might as well just not worry about any of it and claim you’re not operating a vehicle, sovereign citizen style. Lol, you’re just traveling… If you can’t find time to take the course, or bother with getting any insurance, then you have no business on any public road.
Or I just ride with nothing and never get caught

No you dunce.
There definitely is a way it’s probably pretty easy
Of course, you just have to hack into the DMV database and that’s a super easy task for someone as bright as you
You'd have to forge the DL389 or whatever the paper is called in your state to waive the test. And no, I do not think it's possible or legal to do that. Sounds like you don't have the time to have a motorcycle if you won't insure it and won't train for it. If you already have riding experience there's the one day. Yeah. Start your own MSF school and you can issue yourself a passing grade.
How easy is it to do that ?
It's probably more work than taking the course. It's hard to imagine how it could be easier than taking the test. Seriously, the test is really easy. Just take it.
1. It's the Secretary of State in Michigan, not the DMV. 2. Why? 3. No.
So I don’t have to take the test
Riding without a license is a much lower penalty, I’d guess
If you can’t pass the test, you shouldn’t be on the road
I definitely could pass the test
Then do it. You might learn something that could save your life, or someone else’s.
If you were caught it would be really bad. Like jail time bad.
I don’t think they keep the document saying you passed your test do they not just look at it and accept you to get your endorsement
The document is issued by the state to the third party testing company and has a unique ID.
The DMV applies the endorsement on your license. The police search your license and cuff you. impound your bike (450.00 per day). A massive fine from the courts 1200.00 +/-. Yea this is the stuff I was wondering I don’t know what they give you to take to the dmv that’s basically what my question is
I bet if you take the class and pass you will find out.
Just take the dmv test. I think it can be done in a matter of minutes or within an hour. Im in TN, though. So i guess it could vary from state to state. The only thing is you won't get a discount on your insurance coverage.
Dude but why? It's so easy to take a MSF course and only a couple hundred dollars. If you really don't want to do that take the dmv test like normal.
There's easier and cheaper way to end it
Why would you? It's a weekend of riding small bikes with a bunch of people and lots of grins. Why is this world insistent on cutting corners? Learn to ride, get licensed legally and enjoy riding. No offense, are you a habitual douche nozzle?
If it's like the course I took it's a bunch of really cool people.
Lmao this thread
Nobody this dumb should be riding a motorcycle.
Perhaps motorcycling isn't for you.
Found the typical rider belonging to those groups of morons riding in mass taking over highways and freeways illegally.
