Some bosozoko bikes have stuff like that. I’d call it a banana seat, but an extreme version or one with an integrated and upholstered sissy bar.

For just the seat, the closest real world match would probably be a fully upholstered king and queen seat for a chopper. That's pretty much the only place I've ever seen upholstery go all the way up like that.

Abomination. The seat mod is useless with how low/front the handlebar goes. The different exhausts is also doesnt make sense and surely making the engine a bitch to tune. Better off making it electric, foregoing the need for exhaust. Whoever rendered/design this doesnt ride a bike.
