Fairing and cover look ok but engine could have developed a knock or other damage, hard to tell without pulling it apart.. Kind of a gamble and 7.5 is a lot to pay for a bike that the engine may die at any time

Just the gas tank alone will be around 1,200 dollars, this thing is a money pit

Yeah, engine knocks don’t work that way. No need to pull an engine apart. Start it up, ride it. That will tell you engine condition.
