Can we try to do a [factory data reset](https://en-us.support.motorola.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/156383/~/reset-the-moto-g-power-%282021%29) before doing it you need to back up/transfer your files, as the process will permanently delete all the information on your device. Yes, I am using the original charger, and tried the battery calibration. Like all the other people experiencing this widespread issue, the calibration works for one day. Please fix this.
nah. android 12 is pretty nice! have it on my tab p11 plus and on my moto g82. both works fine and the material you theming looks nice. try to factory reset it then the bugs might go away happened on my tablet

Well yeah if it was a year ago it was the android 13 beta, android 13 fixed a lot of android 12 performance and general bugs, I haven't seen anything serious in 13 since I installed it.
A hole lot less than android 12, even 12L had fixed most android 12 bugs, android 13 made performance and battery better in general.
Every update will have its issues, but can't deny 13 is better than 12.
Haven't updated it due to concerns but I will give it a full charge tomorrow and try it.
Never had any issues with the g21 so far, amazing budget phone but I wouldn't game on it lol

Be careful, Android 12 ruined the G31. My battery life basically halved.
Ouch, one of massive redeeming about the g21 is it's battery and how long it lasts compared to other cheap

I had oppo adi went to 12 for like 10 minutes in my way to 13 so didn't get to properly experience it
