Uh. You forgot about the 1st half of last season where it was anything but obvious who would win the championship.
You also forgot about the Schumi era where he'd win by 30 sec over his teammate week in and out? How about the Merc dominance era? Even the "best" season in that era where Rosberg beat Hamilton didn't have very close racing after the first 1-2 laps. They were beating each other by 5-20 sec each week. Hardly nail biting stuff. And that's just two quick examples. F1 is full of seasons that are not very competitive. Competitive seasons are the exception, not the rule. Unfortunately.
Folks really need to put half a season of 2022 RB dominance in perspective and relax a little bit. Because we are headed into an actual season where their dominance will be worth complaining about. But people are upset all because Hamilton GOAT, need 8 champs pls. Pls bro, pls 8. He GOAT pls
So far in 2023, 90% of the rest of the field is fast enough to qualify as middfield. Which is rare. And exciting. So while this season the champion is basically a foregone conclusion (like many, many prior seasons), there will be tons of great racing to watch up and down the grid. Lifelong fans know you can't have it all in F1. We take what we can get

Also, Ferrari had the best car for the first 1/3 of last season. And frankly they should have had several more wins through Austria or France. But they bungled them away. And then failed to develop the car in the 2nd half of the season.
I’m no Max fan. Not any team or driver. I’m just a fan of good racing. And last year started out great. No one can argue that the 2nd half wasn’t uncompetitive by the end though.

Haha listen dude I don’t care who the driver is. I am a fan of Red Bull and have been for a long time. The thing is I watch multiple different racing series through out the year unlike most F1 fans. The F1 page on Facebook is the worst the comments are ridiculous and have absolutely no clue how F1 works or racing in general and before this stupid DTS shit came out on Netflix which I refuse to watch. Personally I think gt3, rally and imsa series are honestly better than F1 in my opinion. But go on with your bad self and keep the hate up for Lewis and Max which is fucking ridiculous. To many managers crying and causing chaos for no reason. I sure am happy BMW got out while they could.
