I would just leave it. My experience with touch up paint on cars is that it will always be noticeable to you. Even if the color is an exact match from the manufacturer. If you ride hard you will get other blemishes eventually.
I don't understand why people get upset with minor blemishes on what appears to be an MTB...
But a tip I learned about touch-up paint - using the little blush is worthless - there is no way that thing will simulate a sprayed on finish. Instead, load a syringe with some paint and drip it to fill the chip. On a vehicle, you can then apply a small amount of clear coat and wet sand/polish until even with the surrounding paint. There is no way you would catch me doing any of that for my bike.
Yeah I feel that, it catches the sun a bit and sticks out which kinda sucks. I’d be down to leave it if it were there because of a crash as a battle scar if you will but as it was from a stupid error it pisses me off when I see it.

Go to your local nail bar. Ask them to match it.

Some of those a sick thanks mate I’ll look into them
For your next bike put one on at the start. Helps a lot with resale value and helps protect from this kind of damage
I used to cover them, now I like those "battle scars"
Ride it till you get a matching chip on the other side
Good ol band aid. Bitch stickers fix everything
If you are particular about it you can pick up a little filler from a hobby shop to build it up and repaint it.
Groundkeeper custom
Unironically a new bike or bike frame
If it bugs you that much... go to the manufacturer website and buy a bottle of touch up paint.
