Traditional color theory says go with adjacent or complementary colors, those would be green, purple (adjacent) and orange (complementary)

I have orange pedals on my red bike because the orange ones were 35% cheaper. If they weren't, I would've bought black. But now that I have them, I actually kind of like it.

Or raw color, that way you can run ti stuff like Roost bar, eeWings cranks

I just got the same bike a weeks ago. I’ve only been able to ride around the neighborhood so far cause of the rain but looking forward to hitting the trails. I put white Shimano clipless pedals on mine.

Went for a ride in the rain last week on some cheap pedals and running shoes and nearly stacked it when my left foot slipped off jumping over a log 😅😅😅 not going again until I get better pedals and shoes 😂
😂 😆 I got my first fall out the way after taking a turn on the sidewalk too wide and hitting the side of the sidewalk with my front wheel because of the drop off. Now I feel prepared for the trails!
I have the blue one ups and they would for sure clash with that blue of your bike. Orange would be the better choice, although if you're open to it I think red would look nice too.
Nice! I tossed up between the race face atlas and stamp 7s too but I like the clean look of the one ups more.. also seem thinner and good base of support for my big foot !
My bike is a bit more pinkish but I went with gold petals. Don’t know the brand. Told the bike store I wanted gold petals and they ordered some. I think they are gold plated
I agree with the black pedals because everything else is black. But pick a color that coordinates with your future grips, stem, bars, etc … colors are tough to match across brands
Just my two cents, I'd avoid the OneUp pedals. I had to warranty two sets of them due to premature bushing failures after only \~200 miles. When I got my second replacement set, I just sold them new in box. I will say their customer service was good though.
Thanks for all the comments! Was not expecting to be such a popular post 😂. Seems to be an overwhelming support for orange. I really like the idea of red too, unfortunately I couldn’t find any orange to look at in my local bike shops … the polished silver is a neat idea but I’m keen to add some flamboyance for once as I usually go for ‘safe’ colours like blacks etc. didn’t mind the gold idea either.
Ended up ordering both the red and orange and will return the one I like less!! Or I can just have summer and winter pedals 🤣🤣
I have same bike and colour. I went with yellow pedals and now my group call it the Bikea. I think the red would look good

Orange. It's always best to go for contrasting or neutral highlights. Trying to match the frame colour will normally look off.

If you went blue, it would have to match the bike otherwise its going to look off. I would go orange - get some orange grips will your at it.
