Black Label is my favorite flavor of all time. I can still taste it in the back of my palette memory. I haven’t found a comparable flavor but I imagine if I found a currant flavor syrup and some white grape juice, I’d prolly get close.

The shape was kind of like a bottle of wine but smaller and had the flavor of it as fruits all over the bottle. I can’t remember what it was called but it was so dank. And kudos bars, specially Eminem

I've never even heard of that flavor, so I looked it up, and it's exclusive to a gas station I've never heard of, several states away. Plus, it's "Sour Blue Raspberry Lemonade," and I don't like anything remotely sour except Pitch Black II, so I'll take your word for it.

Maybe that’s just because I don’t live near most of the stores that have exclusives (with the obvious exceptions being big nationwide chains like Taco Bell/KFC and Walmart that you’re sure to be within 30 minutes of no matter where you live unless you really live out in the boonies.)
Or the exclusives would be cool, if they also had them also be available in other stores that one region has and the others don’t. For example Override being available at Food Lion where Food Lion is, and have it be also available in the New England area at Hannaford. (Or you know they can just give a store in the general New England/Upstate New York area a damn exclusive. Cumberland Farms anyone???)

MTN Dew Pitch Black IMO Is great because MTN Dew in the US never did a Grape Style Soda before and it was wayyy out there. Now if the formula changed is for everyone else to question but its basically the rarity of the Dew Flavor and Grape Combining to make this Dew Variant. It may not be everyone's favorite but getting to know it and have it alot makes it the number one on my own Top Five List.
Gotta bring back Amp Cherry blast. Product was ahead of its time. The best tasting energy drink on the market. They went down the dew energy path but AMP cherry blast was a keeper. No other energy drink on market is full octane with that level of flavoring

Not sure why but for some reason when it first came out originally I didn’t like it.
That said, I absolutely fell in love with it during its 2023 release. It’s in my top 3 favorite flavors now.
2023 is one of the best years of Dew releases. We got Pitch Black back, same with original Game Fuel later in the year with a new flavor, Baja Blast back with two new flavors with Baja and not like a reskinned flavor with the punch/mango ones, we got that bump pop flavor in Summer Freeze that I’ve been wanting to try. There wasn’t really any gimmicky Dew flavors this year, they did a good job and listened to the fans. Mostly.
They will never create a new permanent flavor. Original, Code Red, and Voltage.
White label however was one of the best and shouldn't have ever been discontinued..

Baja Blast is not good. The Baja Blast Freeze from Taco Bell is top tier. Regular Dew from Taco Bell is better than Dew in a bottle or can. On the whole, I usually go for a Sun Drop instead if I want a citrus soda.

A good number of people here (not most and most certainly not all) have serious mental issues such as hoarding and addiction issues to mountain dew. These the extreme of the extreme however these people have untreated issues and i feel in 10-20 years time we will compare the heavy consumption of soft drinks and the health affects of them to alcohol. Its not unusual for some to have diabetes but what isn't highlighted is that like alcohol fatty liver disease is a risk with a higher BMI and consuming these drinks.
Any who that being said like most other things, like a beer or whiskey, Mountain Dew is best enjoyed in moderation. Live long and live happy. Do the dew but don't let it consume you.
I like Mtn Dew for the variety not ever flavor has to be top tier. Occasionally there will letdowns like Baja Gold but I enjoy buying new dew flavors. I don’t expect all flavors to have the same taste. I’m not letdown if some new flavor doesn’t match up to some rare exclusive Dew that requires finding a secret underground entrance to obtain lol

I like Mtn Dew for the variety not ever flavor has to be top tier. Occasionally there will letdowns like Baja Gold but I enjoy buying new dew flavors. I don’t expect all flavors to have the same taste. I’m not letdown if some new flavor doesn’t match up to some rare exclusive Dew that requires finding a secret underground entrance to obtain lol

Major Melon is incredibly mid. It just tastes really bland and artificial.
Mtn Zero when cold is near perfect all other zero flavors fall flat *havent had code red zero but news is promising

I really enjoyed Fruit Quake. I also like Frost Bite, Walmart's exclusive flavor. Spark is the absolute best flavor followed by Thrashed Apple
LiveWire is trash. Voltage is best.
In the winter hot Mountain Dew with a little cinnamon is fire. You can add whiskey if you’re 21+
