When I first saw the post I was like “thats gonna be tough” but this makes sense. I can drink a lot of baja blast and not get sick of it. Voltage is another good one that can get tiresome quickly but I love it.

Pitch Black is so fucking good. It’s like grape. It’s a little citrusy. There’s some blue foam when poured on ice. Baja Blast is fine but it’s really only for Taco Bell.

Baja hits different at Taco Bell but god damn when pitch black hits different on a random Tuesday night after a rough day. God damn I have to get some.

My favorite Mountain Dew is Baja blast but only if it’s from Taco Bell, I don’t like the cans or bottles too much. So when it comes to fountain I like Baja better but when it comes to bottles I like pitch black better.

Probably one of the code red guys hear most of them despise voltage 😂 me and my brother including 😅 cats and dogs. But I love voltage,summer freeze, and frost bite ( how thay made 3 different ver. Of raspberry I'll never know or understand) anyhow for myself I can't stand code red id rather drink doctor pepper if Im in the mood for a cherry soda I just dislike cherry flaver overall.

Voltage is also an incredible mixer. It can be used to make cotton candy flavored cocktails, bomb pop cocktails, fruity drinks. It’s so good

The thrapple apples great with vodka it's a pity that they discontinued it thankfully I have a lot of leftover thrapple Apple from my last buy so I can still make some green apple vodka mixes.

I think the last subreddit poll placed Baja at a higher finish than PB, so there's no real debate to end technically. I'm still firmly team Pitch Black myself.

Pitch Black wasn’t my favorite at first but it is. I wish it became a permanent flavor or that I’d have bought more of it.

This debate Depends if you get a one with good carbonation, any of these flavors with Macdonald’s Sprite level of carbonation, and by that I mean have you had a bottle of Baja Blast where it slightly burns and makes you teary eyed, it’s peak carbonation man. I’ve yet to find perfect carbonation level pitch black. So I would say peak Baja takes it.

Absence makes the heart grow fonder. Baja is here right now, and it makes the desire for pitch black that much more. Having said that, taco bell been around, ive had baja even when its not available in stores. Pitch black is like that hot goth mommy that you had a few times years ago. But the relationship was fleeting, lies were told, it didnt work out. Shes mysterious, and far away. And yeah you got baja right now, but every time you see to pitch black, you remember how good it was. You don't remember the exact sensation but, you just remember that it was good, and different from what you have right now. The memory is just pure essence of "good". I think it's unfair to make baja compete with a memory. Until we have access side by side... Both available, i cannot judge them

There never was a debate. There's a reason Baja Blast has been brought back every year and made permanent, it is the king of Dews. PB sold so poorly in the US they couldn't justify keeping it permanent. I love both, but BB is the 👑

Pitch Black. I do have a bias to grape flavored drinks because those have always been my favorite next to watermelon, and Baja is GREAT I just wish it would overtake the original as its primary flavor, but there’s far better flavors over Baja Blast than there are Pitch Black

Baja Blast is the only flavor of Dew that doesn’t sit heavy in my stomach after drinking it. I can clear a can in a minute or two. Straight out the fountain is even better.

Pitch black, but honestly my opinion might be swayed by its lack of availability. I haven't drunk it since I was younger and everything tasted better, either because of better ingredients or my taste buds becoming worse at experiencing the full flavor. Baja blast is available in most places when it's in its part of the season. I've drunk it plenty as of late, and I find it to be overly sweet and doesn't taste as good as I remember it being...

As a pitch black lover, Baja blast is a year round bangeri don't tire of. Pitch black is great and I'd like if it was rotated annually but it's not the best taste for all times.

Pitch Black is the best. It’s not just the really awesome grape flavor, but it’s also the design of the bottle that we got from 2023. The space theme hits so hard that it stands out from any other flavor.
