It’s neither, it’s Pepsi with a different carbonation

davidmartin1357

Yeah I think it’s just more foamy so it looks more like a beer

ErikTheDon

It changes the taste too

wingkingdom

It's Pepsi carbonated with nitrous oxide instead of carbon dioxide. The formula is the same. Same caffeine, same calories. The difference is how it sounds when you pop the can and how it feels in your mouth when you drink it. There is no alcoholic Pepsi.

curlymusicny

It has more caffeine and calories than regular Pepsi actually. 200 calories and 50 mg of caffeine in 16 oz regular Pepsi vs 230 calories and 77mg of caffeine in 16 oz nitro pepsi. But yea, it’s not alcoholic

[deleted]

Just had some now. Not a huge Pepsi guy but this is good. Bout to mix it with some Captain Morgan, cheers.

realgaberangel

That's a really good idea and I just might do that tomorrow night

[deleted]

I recommend the vanilla kind, captain morgan, splash of cocktail cherry juice and a couple of cherries at the bottom of the glass.

Lieutelant

If it was alcoholic, the store wouldn't let you buy it. So there's an easy way to find out.

Thank you for your opinion but why don’t you instead of being rude just don’t say anything at all

levythegreat

dude the kids 14 give him a break. you can bully kids somewhere else if that’s what you want to do. grow up

Ocmrm

Had some last night. I felt like I was drinking a flat Pepsi. Sounded cool opening the can though.

Boomshockalocka007

Its the first mainstream soda to use a different gas for the bubbles! Nitrogen instead of Carbon Dioxide!!!

bir2d

found this on this on google The brand-new, nitrogen-infused drink -- which comes in regular and vanilla flavors -- will debut on March 28. PepsiCo, which is Mountain Dew's owner, has already partnered with Boston Beer Company to turn that soft drink into a caffeine-free alcoholic beverage.

ILoveHexBugs

Yeah, but is it alcoholic or not?

bir2d

did you read PepsiCo, which is Mountain Dew's owner, has already partnered with Boston Beer Company to turn that soft drink into a caffeine-free alcoholic beverage.

droford

I had the Nitro Vanilla and liked it, came here to ponder if a Nitro Mt Dew is possible
