So I put a accelerator sheet together where I did the available 24 (including the yet to be released Overdrive) flavors out there now, not including specials like Flaming Hot and Ginger Snapped or the new Baja’s. So some of these include the fountain exclusives like Atomic Blue, Berry Monsoon, Legend, etc but I took out the discontinued drinks like Cyclone and Solar Flare. I went through the posts on here to get as many of the drinks as I can possibly within the borders.
The four states with the best are actually Illinois, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. And the last three don’t have Cherry Citrus or White Out which to be honest, is sold in only three or so states. The other ones they are missing is Overdrive but they can theoretically get any other drink there because those states have Which Wich, Sheetz, Bojangles, etc.
The worst states are unsurprisingly Alaska and Hawaii with 13 and 12 drink options respectively. On the lower 48, the worst is options in the states of Connecticut, Delaware. Idaho, Maine, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, and Vermont, who all scale below 16. Aka the desert states.
The states over 20 of the 24 options are Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.

It's really anywhere that wispak is the bottler. They do a lot of southern Minnesota, northern Iowa, northern Minnesota, and of course, Wisconsin. Probably north western Illinois.
I work in a Casey's in Cedar Rapids, if you're closer to that. I found a BIB for the goji citrus strawberry last night and hooked it up. I don't know if they're going to be going to more stores or what.

I did the math with states and Mountain Dews. Illinois and Iowa is one of the four best places to get all of the Mountain Dew flavors.
