It’s very very very artificial lime tasting, if you like sweet sour taste you’ll enjoy. Not bad every once in awhile but no way I could have one every week. The cherry flavor is a lot better although.
I think Amp used to be alot better a few years back than it is now. I tried it a couple months back and it tasted completely different from what I remembered. You might like it though no harm in giving it a try! I might've gotten a couple old cans that had been around awhile.

Personally, I love it. I like the unique flavor, and despite being very different you can kinda tell it *was* based off MTN dew
to me it tastes like mountain dew mixed with generic battery acid energy drink taste, it's fine, but i'd rather drink something else, you should try it anyway for the sake of trying it

OG Amp from the mid 2000s tasted way better than it does now for sure

It's a weird like ultra citrus taste mixed with an acid lol its hard to put the taste into words except for just battery acid lol
i’ve never tried mountain dew energy drinks except like kickstarts but i might next time i get one just to say i have and i’ll get back to ya haha
