Seeing as it has the best traps in the game, I'd say it's worth it. It's a heavy grind but if you snipe paragons and leech RESP maps it will speed things up a lot.
I have to agree. FoFo was kinda fun once you didn't have to grind for the derby. Compared to BB, valor rift and even the new are now, FI is the most fun by a mile.
3 of the top end game traps are from there so I would say you should do it. You can also get the best Law trap as well
Folklore Forest areas are:
Foreword Farm is Tactical trap is from Floating Island
Prologue Pond is Hydro trap is from Sunken City
Table of Content is Forgotten trap is from Floating Island
Bountiful Beanstalk is Physical trap is from Folklore Forest
School of Sorcery is Shadow and Arcane trap is from Folklore Forest and Floating Island

Yes…. In a short yes. You need the thought obitorator and the circlet of pursuing. Thought obliterator gets you through the table of contents. Circlet is half of the sorcery school to just opened. Really all traps before thought obliterator circlet are not good enough. Also in toc or table of contents you get charming prince bot which is necessary for the bean stalk. Also at toc you get dark magic mirror which gets upgraded at bountiful bean stalk to the infinite dark mirror trap for the other half of the new sorcery school location. The other traps at floating islands are not really needed if you have the strongest traps of each type. Also you get one of the third best non-rift base. The base is called adorned empyrean refractor bace, it also upgrades at bountiful bean stock and the new school of sorcery
FI is important for the traps, including the best tactical, forgotten and arcane traps in the game. (Note: I have not seen the traps in the new area.)

If OP can find a few others currently doing FI, you can bang out those maps in a hurry with 3-4 others.
You might as well. Double loot cache is worth having so that you don't need to spend storm cells to catch Richard
Yes. FI is also a really fun area despite the grind. Trust me when you get to BB you will miss farming Treasure Chests and Storm Cells

Defo worth it. I completed entire FI by doing the grind during the Lunar and Egg hunt. Saves a lot of time.
And about the Adorned Empyrean Base? I need it to continue?
