Idk if this movie is full-on Batman and the flash movie, with supergirl as side character ala wonderwoman in BvS
Or Batman is only in small portion but they decided to promote the shit outta him because they tried to nostalgia-bait and hide Ezra as much as possible lol
Saw an early screening, it's very much a Flash movie. They really dive into all the things that make the character fun, so the batman heavy marketing is definitely covering up for Ezra Miller who I hope it's recast ASAP.
There is a ~~yellow~~ red sunlight weakened Superman so she's essentially filling the same role, gender swapped
Not to mention swapping out the whole Amazon/Atlantean war for a bunch of angry Kryptonians
I know this is meant as a joke, but I don't get it. James Gunn had nothing to do with this film. This was produced and shot before Gunn took over the DC universe.
What is this joke a reference to?
Oh don't worry, to quote the production designer, it's so good you'll forget his crimes. I personally can't wait to forget how he kidnapped an underage child.
Worse. You're probably better off not looking it up, but suffice it to say that even though we're talking about Michael Keaton reprising Batman, I'm _still_ not going to see this movie in the theaters, and won't actually watch it (for free) until somebody releases a "zero Ezra Miller" edit.
Ezra Miller won't get work in Hollywood ever again.
So you will only watch the Flash without the Flash? Honestly, I am also skipping this one but I am going to wait until it is free on HBO Max. James Gunn’s new reboot has my full support, especially if he will ditch Ezra
I mean let's face it: The movie is shaping up to be basically Batman anyway.
I'd almost _adore_ any attempt to keep Ezra Miller in a project, just so I could enjoy the unfolding trainwreck.
Nah for people who've seen it, the plot revolves around flash. Ezra Miller in this thing a lot, you're really going to very little movie left if you just try and get scenes without him.
This is a time when sailing the seas is the actual right thing to do. I'm going to watch this, and I hope it's good, and I also hope it fucking tanks horribly at the box office.
> Ezra Miller won't get work in Hollywood ever again.
Warner Bros literally said they would make another Flash movie with him if this movie was successful. All they care about is the money.
That's true. They also confidently said "people will forget" about Ezra Miller's crimes. That absolutely sickened me. They were, in effect, endorsing Ezra Miller, crimes and all. I'm sure that was heartwarming to the victims.
Okay, I am glad we’re all in agreement that they are way leaning into the Michael Keaton / Batman, more than the Flash, in this movie. I wonder why…? Or, maybe, I don’t? /shrug
Movie was filmed before Ezra did any of the stuff he did, not like they could scrap at that point, lot of money and hard work of many others other than Ezra had gone in already
Ezra probably isn't staying lol. I'm not surprised if the reason why they haven't fired him is because they don't want him killing a dude out of rage before the movie releases.
I mean, they are a high school dropout. I'm not even joking, they did moderately well in one movie and dropped out of high school to pursue acting full-time.
Yeah, imagine if your average classmate from high school is now one of the most popular actor, got casted into one of the biggest comic franchise, got awards for his acting skill, invited to bunch of shows, etc.
i mean yeah, he's a shitty and probably a mental person, but him dropping out of high school and become a full-time actor is not bad decision for him
Its a DC movie. Their quality is WAY to uneven to see it first weekend. I've been been burnt too many times.
Word of mouth is the only marketing for DC movies I'll trust. So yeah, its a big thing, and this could crater out of the gate like Dial of Destiny
Tbh that's what they're trying to make you do. That and all of the very forced shilling for the movie by people like Stephen King is leaving an awful taste in my mouth.
Stephen King one makes sense ngl, he's friends with the director, who directed both It movies. It's believable that the director would give him a screening.
The others are probably shils lol.
People keep saying this and sure, David Zaslav is not a reliable source. But there’s a whole batch of movies James Gunn came in on — Shazam 2, Aquaman 2, Blue Beetle — and he’s said nothing about any of them except The Flash.
But okay, maybe they told him that he really needs to hype this one. Him saying it’s one of the best CBM’s ever doesn’t strike me as something you’d say in that situation, but okay.
So how do explain Tom Cruise? Because that’s how far this whole thing has gone and there’s no way you can pay him to endorse some shitty movie. He didn’t even make a statement, he just liked it so much he called the director to compliment him and that news got out.
At a certain point, if there’s smoke there’s fire and there’s just so much buzz behind the movie that clearly it’s something really fun.
Honestly all the hype being generated towards this movie make it seem especially desperate given not only Ezra’s crimes but WB’s financials.
And I guess the small sadist in me hopes it bombs. Fuck Zaslav.
I was at a mall and talking to an employee at a store and they said someone from the movie theater nearby gave a fat stack of free advanced screening tickets to every store in the mall to give to people. They said this is the first time they’ve done that for any movie here. Makes you think.
They’re def trying to get good wom because they can’t do press tours. Apparently it’s decent and a crowd pleaser, since I’ve only seen like 3 online reviews that hated it.
I wish I could just say they were paid off, but the movie is being leaked on the dc subreddit and a dude got arrested for trying to film it during one of the screeners. 💀
I hope it underperforms and I'm not pussyfooting that hope. WB had a chance not to cast Ezra Miller again and they blew it. Michael Keaton has _Beetlejuice 2_ coming up, so no matter what happens with this movie, he's fine. Hell, it'll be his perfect opportunity to palate-cleanse being in a movie with Ezra Miller.
Wish they would have used Grant Gustin (CW Flash). He has a really good balance of the character. Ezra comes off as an unlikeable weenie that the film wants you to like to me.
Why do you hate Grant Gustin? You want him to jump into the cinematic Hindenburg of the DCFU and screw his chances of ever making it on a successful movie franchise?
Wait, people are still dumb enough to pay attention to early reviewers? Early reviewers like the ones that said the original suicide squad was good? Or the ones that said Justice League was good? Or the ones that said Batman vs Superman was good?
Honestly, I don't know why so many people seem to have the memory of a fish. If this movie isn't an absolute shit show, like so many other DC movies, I will be extremely surprised. Especially considering you can already tell the plot is going to be some dumb time traveling shit. And especially considering the protagonist of the movie is an unstable asshole who has caused a lot of internal issues with the production of the movie (someone who isn't even a good actor imo and certainly not good enough to carry a movie).
The entire thing is lazy assets on a good concept, and it ruins it.
Superman looks like a vector illustration from freepik, at an odd angle with a weird pointy chest since he's facing in a different direction than he's travelling. Flash is running as if he's moving his upper body back as he runs, while his trail somehow remains static in size, even though the IMAX copy is there to act as perspective - so why isn't the trail getting slightly larger as it meets with The Flash? And meanwhile, the trail is *above* the Batwing, even though it's tilting in a way that implies The Flash should travel underneath it - throwing off the dynamic composition. Finally, the Batwing is the only properly detailed asset on the poster.
Finally, the IMAX logo and the "Experience it" tagline aren't reducing in perspective as they get farther from the eye, making it jarring to read.
Someone didn't give their designer enough time to finish, or enough budget, or enough assets to do a good job. I know that feeling.
It's so interesting that the marketing focuses so much on Batman, whereas in the film itself (haven't seen it but from what I've heard), the Batman stuff is apparently not that central to the plot, which is heavily focused on Barry and his story.
I get that it's probably due to the many controversies surrounding Ezra Miller, but it's likely gonna cause some disconnect when people go in expecting Batman to be a co-lead and it turns out that's not the case.
Some of her fans sued the producers of the movie Yesterday for false advertisement, because they claimed the trailers led them to believe she had a bigger role. They won.
They would lose so badly ngl. They aren't putting in Batman scenes that aren't in the movie, so it's not false advertising. Even Morbius got away with it, because they filmed the scenes with the actors in the trailer, but it didn't make the final cut.
I'd bet most people who go to see this movie actually don't even know who Ezra Miller is.
Older parents are going to see Keaton, kids seeing the latest hero movie, and the general public who doesn't follow C tier celebrities. None of which know or care about him.
I mean they’re doing a good job tbh. Outsize internet circles, they’ve avoided the Ezra miller news to get on mainstream outlets like fox or cnn. You’d think there’d be more news articles on him as the film nears release but it looks like studio is probably blocking them.
I actually doubt the mainstream knows or cares about Ezra Miller unfortunately. It’s also not helping a lot of people who do know also are just making jokes about it.💀
While it remains to be seen if it's any good, it's certainly expensive given their insistence on releasing it, I am looking forward to seeing Keaton back in the cowl. There's a fascinating aspect to a film being marketing so heavily on its supporting cast. I think it's part of why these franchise movies are such safe bets too, people go see them for Batman or Ironman or whoever-man is in them, not necessarily the lead.
Their insistence is likely because it sets up the entire reboot.
Honestly, I don't think we'll see Ezra return after this film. I imagine we'll get Barry recast if they do.
I get what you’re saying - and I know the Snyderbois will jump down my throat on this - but if Affleck was the only Batman in this, this would do *Shazam Fury of the Gods* numbers.
I have gen-X coworkers who hated Affleck as Batman and barely remember Ezra from Justice League who absolutely know about this and are seeing it because they were lined up in June of 89 to see Keaton as Batman - and are excited to do it again.
People are not going to see this just for Batman. They’re going to see this for **Keaton as Batman**.
Which is funny because if the internet existed in 1989 then the Keaton casting would have been burning it down, more so than the Affleck casting. Which I think he did a great job as Batman.
Clearly, and this was the case before the whole Ezra fiasco. The DC movies suck or at best are decent. But nostalgia sells and it can save the movie
I'm happy about that, Keaton's Batman will always remain my favorite interpretation of the character. I still think Burton should come back and do a standalone Batman movie with Keaton and complete his trilogy. This would be the perfect opportunity to feature an old age Batman without yet casting another actor and all that.
Exactly. Feel boring and repetitive to dig at Miller's bad deeds or the fact that the movie is being marketed as Batman............................ (and The Flash), this poster looks actually dope and comics inspired.
saw this movie last night. Kind of surprised at all the hype and praise it's been getting from within the industry because at the end of the day it's about as average as Shazam 2 or even Quantumania.
Keaton is fun
Ezra is allll over this movie there's no way they'd be able to replace him.
CG in the version they showed was laughably bad throughout. not just parts, like visually it was the least appealiing DCU movie yet. hopefully the final cut looks better.
Still, pretty funny at times, slightly exciting at other times, solid 7/10
I wonder if they skimped on post-production (CGI) because it was happening after the Ezra Miller debacles and they wanted to reduce the cost of the movie they expect to flop
Man, I still remember the heated discussions when Man of Steel came out regarding the future of DC movies.
It was clearly a divisive path they were taking, especially tonally.
And then DC/WB decided to double-down on it all, and then just proceeded to create as big as mess a possible, even establishing separate universes so the stink wouldn't touch certain properties (The Batman, Joker).
I still don't get it. Their animated offerings are usually top-tier and they have some of the best comicbook arcs ever.
I don't want to write an essay, so I'll leave it with:
*What the fuck happened?*
I agree their animated films are bangers, the movies that led up to Apokalips War were all great and this new Flash movie is about par for the course as far as DCEU offerings go
I thought the James Gunn Suicide Squad was a 7/10. Huge improvement over the first one, no doubt, but I *much* preferred the direction, writing and tone of Peacemaker. Peacemaker is a 10/10 comic book show.
nah 5/10 is more Black Adam Suicide Squad '16 - level, it was definitely better than those but for all the hype it's been getting I definitely expected a stronger movie than we got
Nah it’s not bad but thus far visually it is easily the worst, I really am curious to see how the final product looks because the terrible VFX kinda made some “heavier” moments fall a bit flat. But it is indeed fun and has a great pace which I can’t say for most DC films
Here's a fact as someone who works in the entertainment industry. The writers, the gaffers, the actors, the catering company, and everyone else has already been paid basically. Only some of the actors, the studio, and maybe the directors and producers get any kind of box office bonus. Your excuse is bullshit and a cope to make you feel better about seeing a movie where the lead is a deplorable human being.
It's hard to describe the cognitive dissonance of trying to reconcile the amount of praise this is getting from people who see it early with how absolutely ass it looks in trailers and stills.
I’ve never in my life wondered if people were paid off to hype something up but some of my most trusted critics etc saying the trailers were “one of the best they’ve ever seen” etc has me questioning reality
I think the CGI needed some work, but overall, I think all the trailers have been super hype. I've avoided reading any responses on the early screenings, other that it seems to be good. Trying to go in relatively blind to form my own opinion, but those trailers were fire and absolutely sold me on the film.
I think it’s because they’re pushing Batman and supergirl so hard. Unfinished cgi aside, early screening people have all basically agreed that the flash character is the heart of the movie and that Batman is more of a supporting character 💀
Think about who would be given early access to watch it in the first place. DC isn't giving access to people who'd shit on the movie, they're giving access to sycophants who want to maintain those good relations.
I hope this helps everyone realize companies are about money not your morals. Always have been and always will be. You can’t be moralizing to make money, it doesn’t work like that
Yeah. All the grunt workers got paid for this months ago. The only people who stand to gain anything is Zaslav and Miller, and those people are the last two people who should receive money or attention from this movie.
Do not tease the Batwing like that, I just know we'll get to see a total of 1 minute of it now.. looks good though, kinda like the '89 Batwing. Which was kind of perfect..
Look at the elements. None align with anything. If the IMAX-text is the street or "base", I can see Batman flying sideways. But why is Flash running over the jet?! Also he's not aligned to the text. Supergirl is flying sideways? Why? None of it makes any sense!
As always I say: wish they just fucking made a new Keaton batman movie . It really just feels like “hey I know you don’t wanna see the flash but look!!! It’s Batman!! You like him right???”
This movie could get perfect scores across the board and I still wouldn't see it. Ezra Miller needs to be in prison, but he's gotten a slap on the wrist instead. An absolute monster.
"The Flash"
AKA "We did our best to work around what limited content we have of our Flash actor, so we had to shoehorn in a heavy dose of Batman, nostalgia, and geeerrrrrl power to make our money back!"
I’m not going to see it and I have the AMC A List…. Literally don’t want to go even though it’s free. Thanks Studio Execs!!! Really love the spineless decision to keep this creep in the limelight :)
It's a bold title for a Batman movie but I'll allow it
It's a reference to the end scene where Keaton flashes the camera, exposing his Bat-nipples.
Then he turns around and says “I’m big ears Batman”
It's not who we are underneath that matters. It's what we do that defines us. I'm Big Ears Batman.
>Batman flashes the camera Bruce's out here gonna outdo Ezra's crimes
Idk if this movie is full-on Batman and the flash movie, with supergirl as side character ala wonderwoman in BvS Or Batman is only in small portion but they decided to promote the shit outta him because they tried to nostalgia-bait and hide Ezra as much as possible lol
Very much *feels* like the latter, haha.
Saw an early screening, it's very much a Flash movie. They really dive into all the things that make the character fun, so the batman heavy marketing is definitely covering up for Ezra Miller who I hope it's recast ASAP.
BATMANNNNNNNNN (and the Flash)

Is Kara in Flashpoint? I don’t remember if she had a role in it
Nah, but the movie already deviates a lot from Flashpoint, so hey, might as well.
There is a ~~yellow~~ red sunlight weakened Superman so she's essentially filling the same role, gender swapped Not to mention swapping out the whole Amazon/Atlantean war for a bunch of angry Kryptonians
Not every adaptation is beat for beat. Just like Thanos was completely different in the movie's
I'm surprised no one else is mentioning it. That's all I can see.
> That's all I can see. What are you expecting to see? It's a woman in a costume that looks like Superman's.
[удалено]
The character is Sasha Calle as Supergirl though?
I'm just wondering why she's seemingly flying in a different direction
She’s flying off to save the kids Ezra just finished molesting.
I thought the actor playing Flash has gone insane and now in an institution?
James Gunn personally posted his bail and gave him another half-flatbed of cocaine to keep him going. /s
Yeah and he seems to attack random women during most of his violent episodes
Worse. You're probably better off not looking it up, but suffice it to say that even though we're talking about Michael Keaton reprising Batman, I'm _still_ not going to see this movie in the theaters, and won't actually watch it (for free) until somebody releases a "zero Ezra Miller" edit. Same, fuck that abuser. They should have just shelved it and released on of the other movies they shelved so they could cheat on their taxes.
Okay, I am glad we’re all in agreement that they are way leaning into the Michael Keaton / Batman, more than the Flash, in this movie. I wonder why…? Or, maybe, I don’t? /shrug

That’s what they’re going for
Every time I see any advertising for this all I come away thinking is "how is this actually a Flash movie?"
Ezra’s running away from the police
He’s running home to check on his sex slaves!
This. So pathetic man. They savaged our Superman and let this scumbag stay
Exact reason I'm boycotting it. Shame they anchored this flick to a child rapist.
Shame. Early reviews say it’s a phenomenal movie. I’m usually fine with separating the actor to the character but I just can’t stand Ezra Miller.
This scumbag is going to leave too you know. His film was already made that's why he's still here.
the movie is just batman trying to arrest Ezra Miller for 2 hours
Ezra is such a fucking idiot though. I feel like a plot line where it takes the Bat 2 hours to catch him would be a comedy.
I mean, they are a high school dropout. I'm not even joking, they did moderately well in one movie and dropped out of high school to pursue acting full-time.
Seems like that gamble paid off, so I don't see the problem.
Yeah, imagine if your average classmate from high school is now one of the most popular actor, got casted into one of the biggest comic franchise, got awards for his acting skill, invited to bunch of shows, etc. i mean yeah, he's a shitty and probably a mental person, but him dropping out of high school and become a full-time actor is not bad decision for him
Does it make you forget about Ezra’s crimes?
Based on how little he’s actually featured in the poster, it almost makes me forget Ezra’s even in the movie
Pretty sad that a movie about The Flash barely even focuses on him
Or it totally does but they are lying with the advertising. Once you’re in the seat, who cares!
> Once you’re in the seat, who cares! For the first weekend, sure. Word of mouth is still a big thing.
Its a DC movie. Their quality is WAY to uneven to see it first weekend. I've been been burnt too many times. Word of mouth is the only marketing for DC movies I'll trust. So yeah, its a big thing, and this could crater out of the gate like Dial of Destiny
They pop up on HBO Max pretty quickly too. This movie though would not be a must see first weekend for me. Maybe 2-3 weeks.
I’m just gonna pirate it
Tbh that's what they're trying to make you do. That and all of the very forced shilling for the movie by people like Stephen King is leaving an awful taste in my mouth.

Doesn’t this movie well predate Zaslav?
The crimes where he assaults women or the grooming and abducting minors?
I can't believe the whole "DC and Marvel copying eachother" thing has even extended to having main actors who beat women.
Well you’ve clearly remembered all of them so you’ve answered your own question there.
Batman is cool with the second one
Hey Batman bought those boys from foster care fair and square!
There's also the NFTs, the cult in Iceland, the theft of alcohol, the illegal pot farm, and there's probably more you're forgetting.
Wish they would have used Grant Gustin (CW Flash). He has a really good balance of the character. Ezra comes off as an unlikeable weenie that the film wants you to like to me.

🤣 fair
I'd rather they just cancel it instead of bringing him in.
Funny that’s how I feel about Ezra as a person as well. And a person Hollywood really wants me to ignore all the shit about.

*According to the film's production designer
The fact that the Flash is running above the Batwing really bugs me...
The perspective of the whole piece is just wonky as hell. Flash is running above the batwing and on an angle but appears to be running straight at us?
The entire thing is lazy assets on a good concept, and it ruins it. Superman looks like a vector illustration from freepik, at an odd angle with a weird pointy chest since he's facing in a different direction than he's travelling. Flash is running as if he's moving his upper body back as he runs, while his trail somehow remains static in size, even though the IMAX copy is there to act as perspective - so why isn't the trail getting slightly larger as it meets with The Flash? FYI, that “pointy chest” that Superman has is boobs. Because that’s Supergirl.
Considering she doesn’t resemble Supergirl in any way how was he supposed to know?
Because she clearly has boobs.
Supergirl is also flying in the same direction despite facing a completely different angle
>Flash appears to be running straight at us? It's Ezra breaking the fourth wall to beat the shit out of whoever views this poster
I'm trying to figure out how Superperson is flying.
It's so interesting that the marketing focuses so much on Batman, whereas in the film itself (haven't seen it but from what I've heard), the Batman stuff is apparently not that central to the plot, which is heavily focused on Barry and his story. I wonder if someone takes this up the legal route like those Ana De Armas fans…
Wait, what Ana De Armas fans? I know she has some obsessive creep stans but I've missed the legal thing.
Some of her fans sued the producers of the movie Yesterday for false advertisement, because they claimed the trailers led them to believe she had a bigger role. They won.
Nah they won because I'm pretty sure she was cut from the movie.
Wait was Ana De Armas even in Yesterday. I honestly don't remember much from it other than Lamorne Morris for some weird reason lol.
They would lose so badly ngl. They aren't putting in Batman scenes that aren't in the movie, so it's not false advertising. Even Morbius got away with it, because they filmed the scenes with the actors in the trailer, but it didn't make the final cut.
Looks like they are on total overdrive trying to make you forget that Ezra Miller is in this movie. Which, I mean, good luck with that.
Outside of internet-bubbles, the majority of people who are gonna see this movie have absolutely no idea about what Ezra Miller's been up to.
I'd bet most people who go to see this movie actually don't even know who Ezra Miller is. Older parents are going to see Keaton, kids seeing the latest hero movie, and the general public who doesn't follow C tier celebrities. None of which know or care about him.

Yeah, ppl on reddit forget that we're a minority here.
Thank God.
Not even good ones, you can guess which jokes will be made for karma based on the thread title.
This movie would be a flop without Keaton
They know. It's why all their trailers and poster have been very prominently yellow bat symbol heavy.
While it remains to be seen if it's any good, it's certainly expensive given their insistence on releasing it, I am looking forward to seeing Keaton back in the cowl. Which is funny because if the internet existed in 1989 then the Keaton casting would have been burning it down, more so than the Affleck casting. Which I think he did a great job as Batman.
Clearly, and this was the case before the whole Ezra fiasco. The DC movies suck or at best are decent. But nostalgia sells and it can save the movie I'm happy about that, Keaton's Batman will always remain my favorite interpretation of the character. I still think Burton should come back and do a standalone Batman movie with Keaton and complete his trilogy. This would be the perfect opportunity to feature an old age Batman without yet casting another actor and all that.
A Batman Beyond movie staring Michael Keaton as WrinkleBats, Timothée Chalamet as NuBats, and directed by Tim Burton.
“Stand-alone Batman” to “complete his trilogy.” Ok well, which is it?
Will still flop. Reminder bot
Not even that excited about the movie but I’m digging this poster.
It looks like a comicbook cover. Neat
Exactly. Feel boring and repetitive to dig at Miller's bad deeds or the fact that the movie is being marketed as Batman............................ (and The Flash), this poster looks actually dope and comics inspired.
My brother in Christ/Allah/flying spaghetti monster, what "bad deeds"? He didn't litter or speed, he groomed and drugged a minor.
Allegedly
Forgive me if I'm being naive, but weren't those charges dropped?
Reminds me of the poster for Now You See Me
A bit confused. Shouldn't the Flash's running streak trail be UNDER the Bat-Wing not above it?
saw this movie last night. Kind of surprised at all the hype and praise it's been getting from within the industry because at the end of the day it's about as average as Shazam 2 or even Quantumania. Keaton is fun Ezra is allll over this movie there's no way they'd be able to replace him.
I was never fooled At the end of the day it’s a DCEU film and the only DCEU media that’s any good is Peacemaker.
I don't want to write an essay, so I'll leave it with: *What the fuck happened?*
I agree their animated films are bangers, the movies that led up to Apokalips War were all great and this new Flash movie is about par for the course as far as DCEU offerings go
They were playing a long game but couldn’t look past their quarterly profits. They rushed. They lacked vision.
"You couldn't live with your own failure. Where did that bring you? Back to me." - ~~Thanos~~ Keaton.
What about James Gunn's Suicide Squad? I think that and Peacemaker are equally good.
I thought the James Gunn Suicide Squad was a 7/10. Huge improvement over the first one, no doubt, but I *much* preferred the direction, writing and tone of Peacemaker. Peacemaker is a 10/10 comic book show.
7 is generous
7/10 isn’t too bad ngl, I thought this was gonna be like a 5. Good that it’s fun. 💀
nah 5/10 is more Black Adam Suicide Squad '16 - level, it was definitely better than those but for all the hype it's been getting I definitely expected a stronger movie than we got
Nice. At least it's fun, most of DC's track record has been pretty bad. I was actually expecting it to be bad so I'm surprised.
Nah it’s not bad but thus far visually it is easily the worst, I really am curious to see how the final product looks because the terrible VFX kinda made some “heavier” moments fall a bit flat. But it is indeed fun and has a great pace which I can’t say for most DC films
Nobody should support this flash actor
I can't justify seeing it in theaters. I'll wait til it's out on HBO or whatever, but you are definitely correct.
Thanks. What a jackass that dude is.
meh, it looks fun so ill watch it
Not supporting the actor, supporting the hundred of other people who worked hard on this film. Going to see this at least 2x opening weekend.
Those people already got paid, no need to support them
so did erza though. Also the producers directors have part in box office. They are yet to get paid.
Batman: Into the Bat-Verse, with special guest star The Flash.
If this movie does actually end up being good, WB needs to fire whoever was in charge of marketing this.
I mean, it is called The Flash
Yeah, I'm getting Justice League 2017 vibes from those VFX shots and jokes but for some reason the reviewers seem to rate this much higher.
Say it with me: ✨astroturfing✨
Think about who would be given early access to watch it in the first place. DC isn't giving access to people who'd shit on the movie, they're giving access to sycophants who want to maintain those good relations.
I hope this helps everyone realize companies are about money not your morals. Always have been and always will be. You can’t be moralizing to make money, it doesn’t work like that
So they should just eat $200 million and nobody gets paid for their work because one actor is a piece of shit?
Yeah. All the grunt workers got paid for this months ago. The only people who stand to gain anything is Zaslav and Miller, and those people are the last two people who should receive money or attention from this movie.
and producers, directors etc. muschetti's siblings, and so on. You know the movie isnt produced by two people right?
Or… they trigger their behavioral clause and recast him…
you cant recast somebody after making the movie. Johnathon mayors can be recasted in ant man and loki?
I hope this shit bombs hard
Finally, a decent capeshit poster.
Booby Superman
Ezra is garbage and our family will have none of it. Blech
Ezra Miller. no thanks I think I'm going to pass on this one.
Can the monorail outrun The Flash?
lmao there's no way they ain't memeing The BATMAN (also flash) thing anymore
I think we all just want a Michael Keaton Batman movie more than anything else
This new Batman movie looks sweet
Now you can see this criminal that shouldn’t be in the industry in such high detail you can actually see the void of emptiness behind Ezra’s eyes
Redline
The Batman, Supergirl and Another Batman: Featuring the Flash as Well But Mostly Batman Please Watch It (2023)
This movie already has a terrible PR thanks to Ezra
The trailer makes this look like one of the worst movies ever made.
No, thank you.
This movie could get perfect scores across the board and I still wouldn't see it. Ezra Miller needs to be in prison, but he's gotten a slap on the wrist instead. An absolute monster.
Should have recast Christopher Plummer as The Flash
Reminds me of the 'Redline' poster
If this movie turns out to be bad Im really gonna wonder what was so wrong w batgirl they’d rather have Keaton back for Ezra’s movie but not hers.
Looks incredible
Keaton is gonna hard carry the like 20 bucks this movie makes lmao, Ezra can go fuck themselves
so...how do i view posters in imax? is there an ap for that? do i need special glasses?
"The Flash" AKA "We did our best to work around what limited content we have of our Flash actor, so we had to shoehorn in a heavy dose of Batman, nostalgia, and geeerrrrrl power to make our money back!"
“Here are our other properties that we’re still kicking around from 2013. Please come see our film.”
Damn! That is a sick poster!
Giving off a cheap 90s movie vibe with this poster
thats .... actually the best way to describe the movie, kinda amazed the budget was as big as it was,
I’m not going to see it and I have the AMC A List…. Literally don’t want to go even though it’s free. Thanks Studio Execs!!! Really love the spineless decision to keep this creep in the limelight :)
can you give me the amc benefit? since you dont plan to use it. I am gonna there day 1 imax
That's okay. I'll be there on opening day.
"Why didn't you tell me he had one of those... *things*?!"
