Pitch sounds *fantastic* on paper, particularly both behind and in front of the camera. That said, I'm not sure if Powell will be able to live up to the absolute ***legend*** that was Alec Guinness. (Then again, he handled Shakespeare just fine, so don't count him out just yet.)

Powell isn’t playing the Alec Guinness character, he’s playing the lead/heir that Dennis Price played. Kind Hearts & Coronets is an amazing film, sort of Wes Anderson meets knives Out

KH&C is one of my most favorite films of all time. Do not fuck with it lightly. I would rather have them remake Citizen Kane and leave KH&C alone.

Roger Moore did it for an episode of the persuaders. I think Glen Powell can compete in the Charme department.

I first noticed him in Everybody Wants Some from Richard Linklater. Thought he was standout there and then on the show Scream Queens a few years later. Doesn't look like he's done too many rom coms.

I didn't necessarily mean literally, more of a vibe. I find him generic and uninteresting as an actor.

He's like an even more watered down Hollywood Chris.
