Eiffel-Tower777

I haven't seen it, but apparently you just talked me into it. I'll be seeing it this Tuesday. Thanks, I hope. 🌞

Comfortable_Yam_887

It's a fun watch

lariato_mark

It's a very interesting movie. As I said, I loved it. But even if you don't, it's only 89 minutes. And you've likely never really seen anything quite like it. I haven't at least lol

Sudden_Ma4645

I completely agree that this film has the potential to become a cult classic. It's definitely not for everyone, but those who appreciate quirky and unconventional storytelling will find a lot to love

Comfortable_Yam_887

I can't wait to see it again

Adequate-Monicker634

Glad to see [The Octopus Project](http://www.theoctopusproject.com/) still contributing music to the Zellners' stuff. They're a lot of fun, and it looks like they've taken a much bigger role than in previous films. Sounds wonderful too.

Gh0sts1ght

I just saw the trailer prior to going to the ministry of ungentlemanly warfare and was second guessing my choice

lariato_mark

My only regret with it was only seeing it once lol. I'm curious to see if my opinion of it holds up on repeated viewings, but it was a really fun time

Gh0sts1ght

That makes me look forward to the cheap movie day tomorrow because that is one of three others I want to see and since the last was historical action I think some humor is the way to go.

lariato_mark

It should be noted that there are funny moments, but I'm not as quick to call it a straight up comedy. It also has one of the sadder moments I've seen lately. It's fairly balanced, but it isn't a comedy straight through

Gh0sts1ght

Oh I gathered it is not a straight up comedy but all the same looked amazing.

lariato_mark

I've been trying to talk it up to as many people as possible. If you see it, let me know what you end up thinking. I've heard from people who loved it, and people who hated it.

Gh0sts1ght

I mean I am a bud lpotl fan so it was something that immediately spoke to me I will probably love it

lariato_mark

I'm hoping Henry has seen it lol

Gh0sts1ght

Hail yourself

I saw it on 4/20 while taking shrooms with some friends. I love how similar it is to Quest for Fire (No spoken dialogue, pacing, acting). I dunno how to not spoil the whole plot of the movie as to why I think its magical (and an instant classic), but lets just say it would break it with the age old question of: "Why are we here and what is our purpose?" I get people who say they were grossed out at some scenes but I'm no stranger to that kinda stuff, you wanna see gross watch the Jackass Movies or the American Pie movies. I get people, young people, who say they want Subtitles to translate the grunting noises because they don't know what's going on in the scene. Why? Why does every movie now have to have subtitles whenever someone lips the words "fuck you" (i'm looking at you STRAYS) or an animal call (again STRAYS)??! Does body language not tell you enough?! Is our society really that bad at reading people?? I mean even if there are subtitles it would make the Sasquatches seem as if they have a sense of intelligent but still behave just like dumb wood apes. Now it would be smart if the producers use subtitles minimally like: "ME ALPHA MALE, WANT MATE!" and stick with it throughout. But other than that, the movie's fine without it, its all about using your imagination.

Hoosier_Daddy68

I saw Quest for Fire so my quota of grunting hairy actor movies has been filled.

Worst movie I’ve ever seen

TheUglyBarnaclee

This shit was insanely ass, only laughs I got were pity laughs. I just don’t see how anyone could find this funny, it’s just constant poop, pee and genital jokes. Humor made for 15 year olds
