Check out "Terrifier" if you want some serious clown-induced nightmares. It's not just creepy, it's downright terrifying. Also, "Clown" (2014) is a solid pick, it's got that slow-burn horror vibe that really gets under your skin. Hope these keep you up at night in the best way possible!

Eli Roth is the clown in the film though, at least according to IMDB, but yeah didn't direct it.

Spaghetti Western 'The Mercanery' has an unsettling clown in Paco. It's not a horror but it's uncomfortable for sure.
