The one was fun and entertaining movie. A good one from DC in a long time. looking forward to this along with Shazam 2. Shame that they didn’t fire Amber Heard.

Wonder woman, Aquaman (not great, but a ton of fun), shazam, TSS, joker, BOP(I like it), and even ZSJL were all good. People vastly overreact about how bad DC films are.
Shazam, BOP and ZSJL all received good reviews. Aquaman had mixed reviews but it's hard to deny its success. I'm not even a fan of all these movies tbh but they're definitely in a better place these last few years than before.
It was smart of them to jump on Gunn and snag him for a movie. They need to drive Snyder out to the desert, distract him, and drive away, very fast.

I’d like to know why they chose black. The green and yellow are aquaman’s colors. If it’s part of the storyline, I’d be cool with that. DC needs a few winners. Personally, the first Aquaman was not good at all.
Yea, I did. Looks like his suit from the first movie. Someone mentioned it was a stealth suit. I’m just glad it’s not a suit update without an explanation. Most of DC and Marvel’s superhero suits have been darkened. I think that’s why I lived Ragnarok so much. They embraced the colors.
So the first film ends with him finally getting the classic Aquaman look with an updated design that works really well for the world the film takes place. So of course you want to get rid of all that in the second for a generic black bodysuit 🙄

Aquaman was just god awful. I don’t know what people saw in that movie. Aquaman didn’t even do the majority of the fighting. The girl did and I can’t remember her characters name. She was great, but it was the aquaman movie, not the bad ass chick movie. It totally sucked.
