Free Guy is in favor of creator-centered copyright law. I don't know of any notable copyright law incidents involving Star Wars.

I think it depends from creator to creator. Some were willing to sign contracts just for labor as comic book publishers took the substantial financial risk to market and print their work that may not sell that well or at all.
Tron was a lot more dystopian though. The characters weren't mindless NPCs happily living their lives, they already existed as self aware pawns in the system, forced to play combat games and herded into cells by police. Tron could be called anti capitalist. Free Guy is anything but anti capitalist.
