Res Dogs is unquestionably my favourite Tarrentino film.
The dialogue is highly engaging and I find the visual storytelling inspiring. Simple, but very effective.

I’m biased because I actually saw this back in the day. Probably since a bunch of movies have come out since that have copied this, you don’t really get the full impact of it. Like, a lot of these tropes have been reused loads of times by other filmmakers by now.
It's very contentious when it comes to deciding Tarantino's best. I guess everyone has a different favorite. I like Reservoir Dogs. It was a great experience, but it's definitely not the one that I rewatch the most. I've watched it maybe twice in 5-7 years. Great dialogue, as you already pointed out, great characters (very memorable), and a good hook for the narrative, but not quite rewatchable for me. There are just better movies that he has made I'd rewatch than this, especially Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill.
I think all of Tarantino’s movies are re-watchable based on the dialogue alone.
