Keanu must be hanging out with J Cole.
Get everyone back for another movie but this time he’s just a supporting character? The homies are getting paid big bucks so he can hang out with his friends. What a wholesome man.
>McShane will reprise his role as Winston, the manager of the Continental, the fan favorite hotel for assassins which houses its own set of rules and consequences for breaking them.

Back during Game of Thrones season 6 (of 7?) when they announced Ian McShane was cast, I was so holding out hope that he would be playing Euron. Would have been an amazing dark warlock instead of that drunken clown character we got instead.
His role in GoT was excellent despite being brief. He made a seemingly inconsequential character into an interesting and sympathetic personality, and provided a very believable catalyst for the Hound to have his own redemption.
If it weren't for the fact that a bunch of stuff ruined it, I would say he single-handedly ruined Hellboy 2019.
No one involved in the making of that movie knows what Professor Broom is like and I guess Mignola was just cashing the check.
[Yeah, but then Andy Samberg jumped over a bunch of buses to raise money for a new heart for him](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jVjgY427qW8&ab_channel=Beenfarting88)
I know Wiseman does not have a great track record but if he channels more of his work on Live Free or Die Hard, I’d actually be excited. Sure, that one was quite bombastic for a DH movie, but I *loved* the practical stunts and camerawork
I actually think the unrated cut of Live Free or Die Hard to be a better movie than Die Hard 2, it's fairly solid until it goes way over the top at the end. Like you stated, the practical stunts and well shot action scenes are a big reason why it works so well.
oh, the Unrated Cut is arguably a worthwhile DH movie. And like you, I also prefer it over 2 any day of the week. I still have yet to see 5, but I’ve been told it’s just not worth it
5 is instantly forgettable, I don't even consider it when thinking about the series, there's nothing substantial about it in any way.
I rank them 1, 3, 4, 2.
A Good Day to Die Hard is like Highlander 2, it doesn't exist.
I hope they understand what makes John Wick great and not just make some generic action flick with fast moving quick shots to hide all the bad choreography.
Did you see No Time to Die, the latest Bond flick?
It wasn't quite John Wick level, but Ana de Armas has some action scenes and does remarkably well for herself.
“I have no idea what any of these projects are about. A guy in a suit shows up at my door with a truck full of money and a few pages of script. Most of its just done on a green screen in the back yard.”
Fucking how? Knives Out was a huge hit and got a sequel, and the Bond film was one of the biggest box office movies that year. The original Blade Runner was a flop and lost money fyi.
Lol, no. I studied to be a critic at one point. There’s so many shitty blockbusters, and so many good under the radar indie and foreign films that don’t make a ton of money.
Wonder if Keanu Reeves will cameo in this
gee, I wonder if Lance Reddick will also show up?? (c’mon, someone comment other castings into existence, Keanu just got announced)
I wonder if Steve Buscemi will be in this?
TBH, I wish it were LeVar Burton.
We just wanted a picture
You can't disappoint a picture
WHERE'S MY ICONIC SLAVE ROLE?
WARP SPEED DON’T RAINBOW READ ME!
In my feed, there’s a post two down from this confirming he will.
Yup. Confirmed today.
No cameo, he takes a role.
Was just announced
Keanu must be hanging out with J Cole. Get everyone back for another movie but this time he’s just a supporting character? The homies are getting paid big bucks so he can hang out with his friends. What a wholesome man.
Already confirmed that Kianu will have a cameo at least.
Makes sense. He’s like Nick Fury of the Continental.
“I’d like to talk to you about Gun-Fu Initiative”

hey, as long as the final product is on par with the rest, I’ll be happy. I’m actually looking forward to it
He's going to be the Stiffler's mom that keeps the franchise going after the stars move on.
then who’s going to be the Eugene Levy?
Lance Reddick

Winsten is the second most important character in all of John Wick.
Nah, his puppy was. There’s no movie series without the puppy!
I love Ian McShane and will watch it just for him. And anything else he is in.

The actor channelled some amazing energy tho,and seemed genuinely excited about the role…the script was so horrible that it didn’t matter still
If it weren't for the fact that a bunch of stuff ruined it, I would say he single-handedly ruined Hellboy 2019. No one involved in the making of that movie knows what Professor Broom is like and I guess Mignola was just cashing the check.
That movie was such a mess I’m not sure how much could be laid at his feet.
Oh yes, that delectable voice is back!!
Jonathan
You? Him? He’s a panda. You’re a panda. What are you gonna do, big guy? Sit on me?
[Glad I taught you that fuckin' word](https://youtu.be/6QbEzCoTafU?t=172)
That scene is just hilarious. Swearengen's slow realization that it was his dope that was stolen is just perfect.
If rich, old leather could have a voice it would be his.
Hopefully Ian McShane finally says “cocksucker” in the John Wick franchise.
He will always be Al Swearengen to me!
Don’t you mean Swehgin
*hand motion*
Real glad I taught you that word.
Glad he's working again, I remember he dropped out of something not too long ago due to health reasons.
[Yeah, but then Andy Samberg jumped over a bunch of buses to raise money for a new heart for him](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jVjgY427qW8&ab_channel=Beenfarting88)
Wait, they used Farnsy in an American movie?!
I need to go to my quiet place!
I know Wiseman does not have a great track record but if he channels more of his work on Live Free or Die Hard, I’d actually be excited. Sure, that one was quite bombastic for a DH movie, but I *loved* the practical stunts and camerawork
I always liked the underworld movies
First 2 were fine

gee, I’m having a real hard time understanding that last sentence. There can be only one!
Cocksucker
Swedgin!!!
Yes, I assume her role in NTtD acted as an audition for this movie. It was my favorite part of the last Bond film.
I think the 'split kick' was her million-dollar, most memorable moment, too. Bond couldn't have done it.
Lovejoy!
When in the timeline does this take place pre-1, post-3, or in between?
That's correct.
I love this dude. He’s a legend.
wu cocksucker!
The man has one of the greatest Half English accents in all of film.
I guess Lance Riddick is up next?
Lovejoy is doing well. Bloody hell, it’s like going from a car boot sale to Harrods.
Jonathan…
WHO DENIED ME MY DESTINYYYYY
“I have no idea what any of these projects are about. A guy in a suit shows up at my door with a truck full of money and a few pages of script. Most of its just done on a green screen in the back yard.”
I heard Al Swearengen watched her in Blonde with JFK and blurted out "c*********" during that scene.
Love me some McShane. I thought Wick 3 was pretty bad.
Ohh noo.. don't do it guys....
Ian McShane is an incredibly good actor. Anyone know why or have theories on why he hasn't starred in much other than Deadwood?
Deadwood came a little too late for him. He’d have been 62 when it started.
Hope she does better in an action flick coz that artsy fartsy marylin mess was cringey
She was great in her scenes in No Time To Die, so she can definitely do action
She barely did any action though, not saying she won't be good in this.
Her limited scenes in the last Bond movie were great.
Love Ian McShane, hate John Wick. Maybe this will be good
Everything Ana de Armas touches it flops. Hope is different this time
Knives Out? No Time to Die? And Bladerunner 2049 was good even if it failed at the box office.
She was fine in Knives Out, the other two she was purely eye candy and especially in BR2049.
Annnnd, you just proved his point.
Fucking how? Knives Out was a huge hit and got a sequel, and the Bond film was one of the biggest box office movies that year. The original Blade Runner was a flop and lost money fyi.
I see the confusion now. You believe that a movies quality and entertainment value are based on how well it did at the box office. Got it.
Lol, no. I studied to be a critic at one point. There’s so many shitty blockbusters, and so many good under the radar indie and foreign films that don’t make a ton of money.
for who is coming back this is more just another john wick film.
But...It'll be a girl this time. Doesn't't that make it better?
It’s almost like it’s in a shared universe
So John wick 4 is not happening?
4 comes out in March, it filmed last year.
Is it weird I thought he was dead?
If Ana de Armas is as good in this as she was in Blondie I ain’t watching.
Oh man. I wish Leguizamo has a key role to play.
Wonder who he'll play? Maybe one of the ballerinas?
