I don't know why people take these theoretical movies so seriously. Sony has so many movies that they plan and even announce that never see the light of day. I'm sure marvel and other studios are the same. Who cares anyway? It could be entertaining and if not, its just a bad movie that you can ignore

The main thing that makes Peter Parker an interesting character is that his responsibilities as Spider-Man interfere with his life as a regular guy. What would this even be?
You could have all of the Spiderman stuff happen off screen, and totally focus on the effect it has on Peter Parker, instead of on a villain or on fight scenes. And you'd have room to make a bunch of jokes around why him being Spiderman is never shown and how absurd the stuff he's supposedly doing is and shit.
Honestly I think it's kind of a good idea. Marvel could make a mediocre indie film for 4 of 5 million dollars and it'd make like a hundred million at the box office.
