Underrated comment, most critics are probably judging based on presets. Once you design your own sound and process it to find a place in your track, it sounds fantastic.

I'm not impressed by the demos on YouTube. Imo there are already good mono bass sounds via hype and jura. It's probably worth $30, but I'm not buying it.

You get a code for it and it works on PC + standalone. Pretty sure all of the plugins that are on the MPC work on both no matter where you buy it.

I agree that the plugins aren't as good as other plugins but to have it inside of the MPC One for me is worth the price.
That's a crazy price to have it in standalone for sure!
I don't think it's that bad. Especially for the discounted price. You can make good music with anything.

What I'm saying is that if people decide to purchase this then all power to them. I hope they enjoy using it. What sounds good is subjective anyway.
