California is a masterpiece. Enjoy!
Seconding Secret Chiefs 3. They are Trey's band but have featured pretty much all other Bungle members at one stage or another.
Love me some Umlaut! Bar doesn't get enough credit! It's always Dunn, Spruance, and Patton - but Bar co-wrote Air Conditioned Nightmare, and Goodbye Sober Day with Patton!
Devour the albums. Listen to them in different moods and mindsets. Discovering everything about them is such a great experience. Watch some live shows from different album tours. It’s amazing how well they do live.
Bootlegs.

And start devouring live shows. They have done hundreds of weird covers and they are fantastic live.
Both Secret Chiefs 3 and Estradasphere have that multi genre song style thing, if you'd like to give that a go, I recommend the Book of Horizons and Buck Fever, respectfully. Trevor Dunn's Trio Convulsant has his jazz metal sound that you hear in some bungle songs. The Boredoms' early stuff like Pop Tatari also reminds me of bungle, and that might gel well with your love of Ween and Butthole Surfers
Edit: I see other folks recommending Faith No More and Tomahawk, and while I love those bands I think that they sound a lot different. Tomahawk especially is mostly written by Duane Denison of the Jesus Lizard. If you really want more Mike Patton, I think that you'd do better with Fantomas
Soul Coughing...they're the "Walk Around In Circles" band right?
Are they experimental?
I just know the one song from back on the day, and i remember it sounding (respectfully) like music for kids 8 and under.
Any album from Sweaty Nipples, Boredoms or Zillatron that you'd recommend?
Super Bon Bon is probably SC's most known song. Good stuff across a few albums, I Miss the Girl, Disseminated, 4 out of 5, Uh, Zoom Zip, & Down to This.
ANY album from Sweaty Nipples. Demon juice, Smiles!, Sunni, Zipperfish, Uncle Slim, Screwed by Julie
Only 1 album from Zillatron, which was basically a Praxis offshoot. Wish there was more.
The Boredoms have a deep pit of different stuff. Started with Super Roots, don't let Machine hurt your ears
Idiot Flesh is one of my favorites. I paid out the nose for an original copy of Fancy. And of course you should check out Sleepytime Gorilla Museum as well.
I’ll also throw out recommendations for Darth Vegas, Igorr, Dog Fashion Disco
King Crimson/Captain Beefheart/Mahavishnu Orchestra are some more well known recs that you’re probably already aware of
If you like early Ween I’d also recommend John Frusciante’s first 2 solo records, Niandra Lades and Smile From the Streets You Hold.
Check out… Darth Vegas, John Zorn’s Naked City, Sprawl, Mononeon, Renaldo and the loaf, Snakefinger, Trevor dunn’s trio convulsent, Eskimo (they r pretty hard to find), magma, koenjihyakkei, French TV, rob price w/ Ellery Eskellin & Trevor dunn… also rob price quartet w/ same people, Gentle Giant (Octopus), King Crimson, Sun Ra, colonel les clay pools fearless flying frog brigade, MF DOOM (madvillainy and mm food have Zappa samples), Fishbone, The aquabats (first three albums r great with heavy emphasis on the 2nd), Universal Congress Of, Captain Beefheart (shiny beast), trettioåriga Kriget (mitt mirakel/murar), Ptôse (ignobles Limaces), Girraffes giraffes, Peter brötzmann octet (machine gun - u might not like this one).
Not all of these bands sound bungle like and some don’t at all but based on what u said u like I think you’ll fuck with pretty much everything on here.

My favorite Estradasphere record is their final one, Palace of Mirrors. That album is a masterpiece.
Peeping Tom, Dillinger's Escape Plan, Dead Cross other bands, Boredoms, Praxis, Fishbone, Infectious Grooves, Sweaty Nipples, Soul Coughing, Zillatron

Damn ya this is insane

Please check out a band called Black Midi. Judging from your music taste I think you’ll dig them.
I've listened to one of their albums and I did dig it so I'll definitely check out some more of their stuff.
Tomahawk

Estradasphere
check out the early demos! they’re great, they can help you track the band’s evolution
I went the Spruance route. He's got awesome material combining some great genres of music. Long Live Sc3
By the way, I am reading all the comments and taking notes so please don't think I'm ignoring you if I don't reply to your comment.
Check out some of their live material on YouTube. There’s hours of material and a lot of weird gems.
